Postjur Massage Therapy

Since I found JR on Maps, it's only fair to leave a review. His office is sort of in an unexpected place, but he's very professional. The place was clean and comfortable. I went for a deep tissue massage focused on certain spots, and JR delivered. Very strong pressure (but responsive to my feedback) and a good description of what he was doing at each step. Great bodywork session. Price is very reasonable. I'll definitely return.

Great , knowledgeable massage therapy from Jonathan! He knows which techniques to use for certain aches. He even stretches you if it’s needed. You’ll come out feeling much better guaranteed !

JR is a miracle worker!! I kept saying how lucky I was to get an opening with him. I woke up with pain, it got worse, I went to JR, and now there are only vestiges. He read my intake carefully and asked some questions, then went right to work on all the sources of my pain. His focus is laser sharp and he listens to what you say and responds accordingly. He is a true healer. Thank you so very much, JR! See you next time!

JR is truly a genuine human being, making him a natural healer. He listens deeply to your needs before, during, and after the bodywork session and adjusts accordingly for current, and future appointments! He's humble about what he knows and is always open to learning - if you ask him something he doesn't know he'll do the research and then come back to you next time on different ways to work with your body. I am so grateful to have found him and cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone in any situation!

JR is the rare massage therapist who 1) really knows insertion points of muscles so that he can relieve the pain at the location of the pain as well as the areas that might be triggering the pain or discomfort, and 2) continues to hone his craft with continuing education. I am confident that I'm getting a massage therapist who is well-trained and dedicated to making his clients feel more relaxed and lighter after each session. He really tailors his sessions to your needs and checks in frequently to make adjustments. As time has gone on, we haven't needed such frequent checks. We have great chats during our sessions, but when I've wanted a quieter session, he obliges. He has a sense for the vibe you're looking for without asking. It's a no frills massage location, so if you're looking for a more fancy spa experience, Postjur might not be what you're looking for. However, if you want an excellent massage from a well-trained massage therapist with some spa-like elements (like the hot steamed towel at the end of the session), then JR is the person for you!

I recently visited Postjur Massage and had the pleasure of being treated by JR. His talent and deep understanding of the body are immediately apparent. The deep tissue massage he provides is nothing short of amazing and has been instrumental in helping me unlock long-standing chronic pain in my legs, back, and hips. Having undergone back surgery over a decade ago, my back frequently flares up. JR listens attentively and carefully evaluates your problem areas, ensuring that each session is tailored to your needs. I always leave feeling significantly better. Over the years, I have tried numerous massages, chiropractors, and acupuncturists, but I must say that Postjur stands out. I highly recommend incorporating Postjur Massage into your routine. JR's expertise is unparalleled, and the relief you will feel is invaluable.

I have been getting massage therapy consistently my whole adult life. I have gone to many different places and therapists. JR is the best massage therapist. He's very professional and caring. Always making sure you are comfortable and explaining things with great detail if you are interested. I have chronic neck, shoulder and back and I find much relief after these sessions. I would also say that I'm overall consistently feeling better. He's also a wonderful person so I always enjoy my visits.
