We had a great time at Mermaid Spa. The place is extremely clean, and you truly get the best heat therapy for your body—perfect for a deep sweat and total relaxation. Four hours is more than enough to enjoy everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always guiding you and answering any questions. The food is amazing, and the waiters are cheerful and attentive. If you read some negative reviews, honestly, some people complain about everything. I would give this place six stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We decided to visit Mermaid Spa with friends for a relaxing day, and it turned out to be a great choice. Reservations are absolutely required in advance. You need to book and prepay ahead of time. After I made and paid for our reservation, I didn’t receive a confirmation email at first. I contacted customer support right away and got an immediate response advising me to check my spam folder — and sure enough, the confirmation was there. The support team was quick and helpful. When we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. They offer food and a variety of drinks — we ordered tea and were able to fully relax. The spa features four different saunas, a refreshing cold shower experience, and a great jacuzzi. The whole atmosphere felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Highly recommend — definitely one of the best spa experiences in Brooklyn.

Nastayshi Ruski Banya. Serves authentic Slavic cuisine like borscht, compot, chai and more. Also beer. Ice bath and ice room. Outdoor lounge chair access. Steam room, several saunas, and jacuzzi. My only problem is that they only allow 4 hours, and they are strict with it. For $60 per adult, thats a bit pricey for such a time constraint. There are other banyas that cost the same or less with all the same stuff but they let you stay all day for example like the banya in Queens, Corona. To conclude however, this place has a unique and cozy vibe with an up-to-date construction. Still recommend.

Great place for those who love Russian sauna with Russian food. Could be a little crowded on weekends though. Wet room is very decent, freezer room is a nice addition. There is a backyard with chairs and chaise lounges for smokers, very useful at summer 🌞

Had a great time here for a spa party! The spa packages are well-put-together and offer a relaxing experience. The facilities are clean and the overall vibe is very soothing. Giving it 4 stars—it’s a solid choice for a group outing or a self-care day.

I went here in December on a Tuesday weekday and had a great time. The sauna and steam rooms were hotter than anything I have experienced, and once I was brave enough to do the cold plunge I loved it. The meal was delicious, especially with icy cold beers in a glass after going in the sauna. Highly recommend! Don’t forget to bring flip-flops so you don’t have to buy them.
