I booked a facial and a scalp massage. The facial was extremely painful, however that’s to be expected with extractions. It’s still not the least bit pleasant to be tearing during what’s supposed to be relaxing. That’s not why I’m giving this place its rating. The facialist tells me I’m finished and to get dressed. ( I knew I didn’t receive my scalp massage yet, I just thought it was booked as a separate service) As I’m heading down the stairs she tells me she didn’t realize I had a scalp massage too, and to get back in the room. She said keep on your shoes, and don’t bother changing. This "scalp massage" was her dousing my hair in oil and wrapping it in a towel for me to lay for about 15 mins. I don’t even think there was 2 minutes of massaging that occurred. The price does not match the quality. Highly disappointing. However I gave two stars because they are pleasant at the front desk and the ambiance is tranquil.

I had an absolutely perfect facial today—one of the best facials I’ve had in a long time. I received a facial with extractions focused on removing blackheads, and my skin did not blotch, burn, or break out at all, which is extremely rare for me. Abby was exceptional. Her technique, attention to detail, and gentle approach made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and effective. I have scalp psoriasis and facial rosacea, so I am always cautious when booking facials, but my face felt calm, soothed, and completely fine afterward. No irritation whatsoever. I highly recommend booking a facial here—especially with Abby. She is truly gifted at what she does.

I've been coming here for years for waxes or massages and the reason I always return is because of the kind hearted and very friendly front desk staff who are always so accommodating and for the skilled waxers like Mila and Rena. Over the summer I had a massage with Holly and she was fantastic as well. I've never had a bad experience. Thank you to all the employees for your hard work and dedication.

I had the absolute pleasure of getting a massage from Allysia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment the session began, she made me feel completely at ease — her calming presence and professional demeanor created a relaxing atmosphere that lasted throughout the entire massage. She has an incredible touch, intuitive and attentive, knowing exactly where to focus without me even having to say much. I walked out feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and tension-free. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to create a healing and restorative experience, I highly recommend Allysia. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Caterina gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! My skin is absolutely glowing, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about every step of the process. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying a package. Highly recommend!

I have been going for a few months to get facials. In the beginning, I was feeling as though "finally I found a place where I can go and get monthly facials and feel good about it." That changed, when I noticed that the front desk started becoming rude. I didn’t know what was happening, but I felt disappointed. All of a sudden the woman at the computer started giving me an attitude and became snippy. I wanted to still continue going so I spoke to the owner and she reassured me that she would speak to the front desk. Nothing changed, the poor customer service just continued on even over the phone. I have been paying over $200 every month for a facial…not once did the front desk offer me a discount. They only mentioned a series package which you have to cough up $1000 plus for and you get a free facial in the end. It ends up being pricey and not worth it. Plus their policy is to cancel within 24 hours so you don't get charged half the service. What if people need to cancel and it’s not in their control such as an unexpected circumstance? I made an appointment for a facial somewhere else and received a 20% discount already. I will not be returning here.
