After reading about the spa online I called the 9th of nov to book for 11/21. Organized by a wonderful coordinator named Chris. Chris was patient and understanding. By the time I arrived I was welcomed by the staff and they took care of 5 of us total. The ambiance was great , the reserved section and prechilled 🍾 🥂, dinner and treatment experience was top tier (shout out to Latavia) she did her thing with my facial and massage. Will be returning for a couples situation.

I had a wonderful birthday spent at Body By Brooklyn! I came in on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't packed at all. Lynn was a great receptionist and made sure my cousin and I had a comfortable time from start to finish. She was charismatic and really sweet and also gave us a glass of champagne to start our day. I booked an 80 min deep tissue massage and I had the amazing Latavia take care of me. She was sweet and funny did WONDERS to my body and I'm so grateful!! She was cautious about my bad foot and took her sweet time to get any "crunchies" out the way. While I do think over $200 is a bit overpriced for 80 min, I feel like I have an entirely new body after my time with Latavia!! The wet lounge was really great too! From the hot tub, the cold plunge, to the sauna, everything was working properly and it was really nice. I think my only issue with this spa was that the shower wasn't draining properly so it kept flooding and there was construction being done in the basement so the noise was a bit excessive while I'm trying to relax. Perks of being based in NYC I guess. Other than those 2 cons, I'd definitely come back here!!!

Celebrated my birthday there. It was a great experience. We did the sauna, jacuzzi, and couples massage. Both my husband and I were pleased with the service we received. We will be back for massages in the future!

Where do I start? SMH Being that it was my 1st time going to this so called Spa. Address was a little complicated. Same address 3 locations on the same block. Very odd!!! The person at the front desk did not give me accurate information about the place. Sauna was not working that day. Which I think that was very misleading to me because that was included in my payment. I was suppose to carry my own foot wear ( which was not mentioned when I placed my appointment). However a slipper was given to me even though it was not my size. ( which I think was given to me on purpose). How do you not have the customers size when they have to pay for it. So I’m guessing because I didn’t have to pay for mine he gave me any size. So disrespectful. To top it off no type of compensation /discount was given. It was overpriced. I’ve gotten better services at other Spa’s that didn’t cost what I paid. So please before you even attempt about making any payments over the phone( because that’s what’s required when making an appointment) make sure you are informed about everything about that place. I know to never go or refer anyone there. Customer service was out the door.

The spa is quite nice, and the people who work there are very friendly. I love the lounge area, super comfy! Added bonus that you can order Thai food from the restaurant next door and it can be delivered to you in the lounge area. The place is a bit small but it has everything you need!

Consistently solid massages. Staff is incredibly service oriented and thoughtful about the quality of your experience. It’s a smaller space, but super functional and delivers on what you’re looking for.

Intimate , cozy and beautiful place, peaceful and relaxing. Great distribution of sauna’s, jacuzzi and dinning areas. I love the whole room design and music selection. This was my first time but I definitely want to revisit and try the massages. Was invited to joined my friend 50th birthday celebration. Upon arrival our host Nakia greeted us with robes and bath towels, she then escorted us to our designated area where we was greeted with champagne and gifts, she was awesome and knowledgeable, she definitely made sure we had a blast, and kept us on schedule. Lunch was amazing, my favorite was the fried dumplings! I definitely enjoyed the drinks. Shout out to the bartender!!! Overall I will tell you I felt so amazing after the spa treatments! I There is no comparison after my mud bath (my esthetician was Ashanti )I recommend her to everyone. The reason for the 4 star was the bathroom I choose to rinse off was broken. Not sure if maintenance was aware! All in all a wonderful experience!
