I try to visit every time I’m in the city, a few times a year. Each time, I’m greeted by Yura, the wonderful manager, who truly treats me like a regular. I can usually call the day of and get an appointment with no problem, and the pricing is amazing. The pricing leaves a lot of room for the clients to tip the massage therapists more, so don’t be stingy when leaving! I’ve probably had about ten massages there, but the last two times I’ve seen Ivan and it’s been amazing. He’s careful, intentional, and really good at what he does. I’d love to see the rooms get upgraded at some point, but it’s not a bad place either. The staff is always making sure the clients have a premiere experience.

Debated on writing this but I have to. My friend and I booked two appointments at 630pm and we were seen promptly however my experience was far different from his. Cordial masseuse but ZERO technique. From being doused in oil to the constant rubbing of my genitals. At several points the dude got on top on the bed to massage me but at one point he got on top of the table, one knee on each side of my head to rub my lower back and his crotched rubbed over my head over and over and over again. The left side of my body was rubbed more than my right and left feeling like my skin was rubbed for an hour instead of my muscles. I was offered a punch card and needless to say I did not take it. I’m never coming back. My friend got a full body deep tissue massage, nobody on top of his table, no inappropriate or unnecessary rubbing or touching, his masseuse lathered the oil in his hands and then into his body. We both our agreed these are not trained individuals so beware

I just had the most Amazing massage by ROX..He is very professional, and skilled. I’ve been going to HK for years, left, and returned,ROX is the best masseur I’ve experienced there.! Yura is a fantastic manager, and the staff is friendly. The spa is very clean. Check it out!

There are multiple places to get a massage in Manhattan. And you have to ask yourself, what kind of massage do you want? If you want a sensual massage with no technique or pressure then go here. If you want a real massage, don’t go here. Some guys can be really good but some can be really bad. It’s never consistent.

My massage was a disappointment. No technique, no pressure. A slight breeze would have been more effective. He truly phoned it in. Now, my partner enjoyed his massage and seemed to be offered a completely different experience. These inconsistencies are not great for a business’ reputation. We certainly will not be back.

Alex was great! I met him yesterday at this new place in Hell’s Kitchen. I had some neck and back pain, he relieved the pressure leaving me relaxed. I was able to rest well after seeing him. I would recommend him definitely!!

This is a very good spa. In particular Rocks. He is very kind and professional. He makes you feel welcomed the minute you arrive. The massage was relaxing and rejuvenating. Definitely will be coming back to see Rocks.
