Amazing service! Beautiful atmosphere. My wife and I did a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and we loved it! They offered us champagne, chocolate, and gave us a rose as we were leaving. The massage was perfect pressure and they got every ache and pain out from head to toe! Very clean and friendly service. Definitely going back soon.

Barno gives the very best facials and other skin treatments.I’ve been going to her for years and can vouch for her wonderful work.She is also so very nice and has a gentle way about her. Barno is absolutely the best!!

Had a great experience at this spa. Did a Valentine’s Day couples massage, the reception was excellent. The place is clean and nicely decorated, not over the top. Masseuse was knowledgeable and friendly. Had a full body massage and felt relaxed from the moment I laid down. Had some bubbly after which made it extra special. Would definitely recommend!

I've been coming here for years for spa week. I love the massages very much- I always feel brand new afterwords. However, the customer service hasn't been the best the last few years but overall I love the services and ambiance !

This amazing med spa was the best birthday gift a lady can ask for. The hospitality and care was outstanding. Very attentive and warm staff! I have been coming to Faina for over 10 years and it’s always such a great experience for affordable prices. The spa is clean, well maintained, and the service is always exceptional. I have had probably over 20 massages and maybe 6 facials since I have been coming in, plus a few scrubs and mani/pedis bc of the package deals that they do. My husband and I just went today for a last minute anniversary gift and it was fabulous as always. Great spa, you will not be disappointed!

BEWARE – Terrible Experience and Even Worse Customer Service by the OWNER I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about the horrible service. My bf and I booked a couple’s facial, expecting to be in the same room. Before booking, I specifically called to ask if we’d be together, and the response I got was, "This is a couple’s massage parlor, right?"—so I assumed we would be. However, upon arrival, we were separated. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was disappointing since that was a big part of why we booked it. The facials themselves were incredibly underwhelming. My boyfriend said his treatment felt just like steam and a mask. My facial, on the other hand, left me with painful scratches, redness, and breakouts. I’ve had many facials before and have never had my skin damaged like this. It was alarming, painful, and has resulted in scarring. To make matters worse, we were pressured at checkout to leave an 18-20% tip. When I offered to leave a smaller tip due to the poor service, I was told it was too low which felt completely inappropriate and pushy. I wouldn’t have left a tip at all had I seen how badly my face was damaged before leaving. Unfortunately, the rooms were dark and I didn’t notice until I got outside. I contacted the business to request a refund (at least for my facial), and they offered to refund 20%—which was just the tip I had already paid. They later added an extra 10%, which is frankly insulting considering how unacceptable the entire experience was. We reached out to the owner for a resolution and no response. Bottom line: Terrible experience and I would never return and strongly advise others to stay away.
