I was a consistent patron of milk + honey since 2024, but paused to work on my weight lost goals. I used my 42nd birthday for my return. AND I was not disappointed! Nickie and Reyna went the extra mile in making sure my birthday spa day was relaxing, simple, and informative! Nickie gave my body TLC with a full body 60 minute massage plus scalp enhancement. Reyna went above and beyond with my express facial - not only relaxing me and cleaning my pores but a clear step by step process on maintaining winning skin! I highly recommend milk + honey AND Nickie and Reyna for all of your massage and facial needs.

everything was great. I decided to treat myself for my birthday & man was I catered to! Starting from my facial that was catered to my skin and its needs, tutti did an amazing job + dermaplaning along with advising me with the after care for my skin she was an absolute gem! I also got a massage done by Ashleigh who was so personable and sweet & understood my needs from the start to end of the massage. Overall would recommend to anyone that is looking for a spa day or a treat yourself day. Milk and honey is the way to go & the best!🫶🏼

I have trusted Libby with my hair for years! She is so talented with brunette hair coloring and a complete perfectionist. And she always takes the time to explain the process and different color treatments to me. I love going to see her and always leave OBSESSED with how my hair looks!

We booked a couples facial at milk + honey River Oaks and it was absolutely amazing. The space is beautiful, relaxing, and feels like a true luxury experience from the moment you walk in. The staff was warm and professional, and both of our estheticians were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Our skin looked and felt incredible afterward, and the whole experience was the perfect mix of results-driven treatment and total relaxation. If you're looking for a high-end spa experience in Houston, this place is outstanding. We’ll definitely be back.

It was lovely, Olivia gave me the best and most relaxing massage ever, Crystal did an amazing job with my facial, she’s super friendly and had amazing skin care recommendations! Now for manicure and pedicure go with Mary such a lovely lady who who does an amazing job.

This place was AWESOME-SAUCE!!!! The staff made us feel as though we had the entire spa to ourselves! Priscilla is an angel and treated my skin with love. Even the housekeeper was super kind and accommodating. The cherry on the cake was the follow-up recommended treatments w/ the product at checkout! I bought the product BECAUSE of the personalized note! Great job from DETROIT DIVAS!

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this experience was truly worth sharing. Crystal provided a very relaxing and professional facial, and I intentionally waited to see how my skin looked afterward before writing this. I am very satisfied with the results, my skin feels soft, refreshed, and visibly healthier. My pores were cleansed gently yet thoroughly, and the overall quality of care was excellent. If you are looking for a high-quality, relaxing facial experience, I would absolutely recommend Milk + Honey. I loved the entire experience and will definitely be booking another appointment next month.
