I had an appointment, but they were backed up so I was asked to wait. 40 min later, I was still waiting in the lobby. I’m sure the services are great based on reviews, but they need to have a better handle on their appts vs. walk-ins. They even took another couple who came in after me with a later appt than me, but appeared to be repeat customers based on their conversation. I ended up leaving and going down the street to another massage place, where I had a MUCH better experience.

I am a regular customer here and I booked an appointment as usual for a female therapist. When the therapist started she was constantly talking to another one on the otherside of the wall. Then she started talking on the phone. She was massaging so wrecklessly with no standard motions just random scrubbing of the lotion. I stopped her at one point of time and she said I never massaged before this is the first time. I somehow finished my 60 minutes. When I asked for the manager at the front desk, she started yelling and demanding for payment. She said manager is out of town and refused to call. I paid but will really think if I need to go back there.

Don’t come here! I booked online for a combo massage (foot + whole body) priced at $50. The booking website allowed you to choose your preferred massage therapist. I chose a female massage therapist for my own comfort level. When I walked in, I was greeted by two women and they led me into the common massage area, where each massage bed is sectioned off with curtains only. I ended up getting a male massage therapist without any notification. This male massage therapist (I was unable to get his name) made me feel very uncomfortable. Although the foot massage only lasted less than 30 minutes, the head massage and shoulder massage were great. He mainly focused a lot of the massage in my glutes and inner thigh areas. Once finished, he quietly whispered in my ear, "see you again soon." As a woman, this made me VERY uncomfortable. I tried expressing my concerns directly to the massage therapist afterwards, but he ran to the back right after the massage. When I was paying, I expressed my concerns to the woman who greeted me. She disregarded my concerns and only focused on the next customers coming in. As someone who frequents massages regularly and was excited to try a new spot, I will NOT return.

This massage store is very clean and professional. We did a couples massage whisk was wonderful, I highly recommend this place. Yo-yo was excellent, she was able to release ill of the pain in my back and neck.

This place is absolutely incredible! I’ve had many massages over the years—some high-end and others more affordable—but none compare to the experience here. Lisa and Judy are exceptional, and the entire team is warm, kind, and professional. This is the only place I trust for massages. If you haven’t been yet, you’re truly missing out—give them a try!

Very affordable and we never have to wait! Literally the best place to get a massage in Houston! Its worth the drive if your further away and definitely worth every dollar. You will find yourself tipping as much as the service! It is really great!

From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, everything was wonderful. Kind greeting. The linens smelled so clean. Atmosphere relaxing. Excellent combo massage. I visit every time I’m in Houston. Wish Ella was in my neighborhood !
