I gave a 10 to this recovery studio because Wally is truly exceptional. His expertise, passion, and deep knowledge of recovery techniques are evident from the moment you meet him. He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your experience personalized and transformative. Wally taught me techniques for cold plunges, played sound bowls to enhance relaxation, and even brought a tool from his car to help with lymphatic drainage. He is personable, professional, and creates a clean, calming environment. I left feeling completely relaxed, nurtured, and at peace. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and elevates your recovery experience, Wally is the one.

I went to Optimyze Arcadia for a post race and birthday R & R morning. It exceeded my expectations! One of the staff members Jesse walked us through each recovery station with such ease and kindness. He coached us through breath work during the cold plunge and truly provided the best hospitality! Highly recommend visiting this spot!

Optimize has become a central support pillar in my life here in Phoenix. I’m new to the city, and a teacher, and without optimize, I think I would have quit my job and left the city a long time ago! Especially if you go regularly, the value is beyond obvious. This is my favorite branch by far: the space is always pristine and such a nice refuge from the intense brightness of the street and the day. Conversations there with staff and others are always encouraging and heartfelt. I always leave there feeling better than when I arrived. If you are considering it, commit for a month, come every day, and see what transforms.

​As a Canadian visitor to Phoenix, discovering Optimyze Arcadia was a truly transformative experience. The moment I met Mike and his exceptional staff, I knew I was in the right place. Being a veteran navigating the challenges of PTSD and physical ailments, I found their holistic approach to physical and neurological health to be a godsend. The array of healthy benefits offered here has been incredibly beneficial for my well-being. This place is more than just a wellness center; it's a sanctuary for healing, and I will be sure to return every time I am in Phoenix.

The experience here it’s out of this world. You will definitely feel refreshed after a long week of work, school, workouts, or just life. Shoutout to Jesse, he was honestly awesome. He guided us through every step, answered all our questions without making us feel rushed, and just made the entire experience feel comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help, not just get you in and out.

I have been a member since they opened in 2019 and this is still my favorite contrast spa. They have everything you need for recovery & restoration. Five saunas for solo or sweat with friend, red light, PEMF, two cold plunges for cold exposure, compression and a hot tub. The staff is so helpful, and the vibes are so good. It’s a grounded and beautiful cozy space for contemplation instead of the "hangover sports bar" atmosphere of other spots with an amazing community and events. Every penny I’ve spent has been well worth it. It’s rare to meet & make friends as an adult and their entire community is fun, welcoming and interesting I have met some of my favorite people here. Arcadia is my home but each location has its unique charm and amenities I highly recommend the membership that spans all locations.
