My massage therapist was wonderful. She was attentive to my body and found lots of tense spots. Service was timely and straight-forward, I will definitely be back!

I received a fantastic deep tissue/accupressure massage at Piedmont Family Spa! Very firm (at my request) and got some major knots out of my back at a very reasonable price! I should say the pressure to tip was real — I gave in as I figured it was a reasonable price for an hour long massage and maybe the masseuse would get a better cut that way. But it definitely took me by surprise!

The body workers are great! It's the young female reception that makes me not want to return. She's curt and rushes me through. I feel like a number and NOT a patron when I finish our exchange. She seems in a rush to get back to her phone. I have an appointment today. If this happens a third time I won't spend my money here anymore and will tell friends who support this establishment. It's honestly sad how one person in the wrong position can ruin a good thing for everyone. The manager must do something.

Seemed like a nice place, but the foot massage was the most lackluster, disappointing massage I've had in a while. One of those ones that just rubs and presses down, without actually massaging anything, even after I asked him to go harder. And then they didn't have change for tip, and pressured me into giving a $10 tip, instead of $5, on $45 massage - that's 22%! And just to be clear, I would have no problem tipping that much if it were a good massage, and I know they work hard. Maybe he was tired since it was the end of the night, but I definitely wouldn't go back.

My husband and I did the 60 minutes feet/body combo. It was reasonably priced and the experience was good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We did have the massage in the common area but that was known to us before starting. We will be going back. Thank you Piedmont Family Spa. 😊

The location is easy to find with ample free street parking. The spa is very clean. I love the minimalist decor, nothing too stimulating, which is calming. The rooms are dimly lit, which I appreciate. The room was a bit cold, so they did have a space heater, which oddly was turned off halfway through my massage. The massage bed was also heated, but took a while to warm up. So it was a bit chilly for a massage. Otherwise the ambiance and music was peaceful. Massage was very nice, at a reasonable price. The staff was lovely. Removed one star because experience is inconsistent. Sometimes you get a private room, sometimes you're in the community room where the staff talks to each other and it is less relaxing if people are having conversations, obviously.

Love this place! Clean and efficient Been a customer for over 3 yrs. Most reasonable prices for massages!
