AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Genuinely one of the worst experiences and I don’t leave bad reviews as a general rule. Went in for nail removal - they grinded so hard the drill went to my nail bed, left the chemicals sitting for 20min, and sanded me down so aggressively where the sponge flew at me. My nails are now extremely brittle, uneven all around. Photos speak for themselves, DO NOT GO HERE 😭😭 UPDATE in response to the shop’s comment: I paid 20% tip on top of whatever they said the cost was. The audacity to blame the customer for the shop’s decision to charge $20 instead of $25 is laughable and absolutely irrelevant to the horribly executed nail removal procedure. 20% tip is very generous considering the services I received. The cost is NOT the problem here, it was the poor service that was provided. I ended up needing to contact another nail shop to finish the removal since there was a layer of glue that was still there.

Neo’s Nail Spa is my favorite nail place in the entire Bay Area. They’ve done my nails for my engagement party, baby showers, Halloween and everything in between. The result has always been beautiful and I receive tons of compliments. Su does my acrylic nails and nail design and is a GEM. She has great advice about what nail shape will look good with your hands, and her freestyle designs are gorgeous. I’ve gotten several pedicures with Loan. Absolutely wonderful woman and will give you every minute promised for those massages. Lisa has also been a wonderful manicurist and produces really pretty designs with foil. I cannot rave enough about this place. The inside is elegantly decorated and peaceful - great for relaxing after a hectic day. Make sure you book an appointment because they’re well-loved in the neighborhood and if you need a fast walk-in experience - Wednesday is your day.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to get a manicure and pedicure and to relax and feel the positive energy flowing in the room this is the place for you. The owner Sue is the best. Her employees look happy and they are all very accommodating. My nails are perfect every single time. I cannot see myself going somewhere else to get my nails done.

Both my wife and I go formally teddy. They're very friendly, very good at nails, and priced competitively. They give a great lower leg massage at the end. Great place.

My first time experience at their new location was great. Upon entering I was greeted by Su the owner of the salon. I had an appointment with her for a new set of acrylics, but the staff was also attentive. After showing Su an image of what I wanted she asked what shape of nails, and began. She took her time filing & shaping to make sure I was content and answered all my extra questions. I haven't been to another salon for acrylics because they turn out really nice every time and have longevity.

I never get my nails done because I have eczema and break out in hives on my hands often. At Neo's, Yen & Su helped me do my wedding day nails. I chose the coconut paradise package and got the royal treatment! They went above and beyond to make sure I felt relaxed and and when they were done, I felt like a princess. I am so grateful they took such great care of my sensitive skin and I will be coming back over and over *the shop is sooo nice & clean! It feels like you're going to the spa

This was the first time I had my nails done here. The ladies were absolutely fantastic and friendly. They accommodated my needs and she was incredibly gentle with my damaged nail bed. The nails turned out beautifully! I'm thrilled with both the results and the service.
