Customer Reviews
Mysa Day Spa has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 based on over 82 reviews on Google
For this price I expect a more professional massage. Had a 60 min prenatal and it was just mediocre. Facility looks nice and clean. But the massage itself felt rushed, not quite relaxing, like I went to a Chinese massage parlor down the street. Prenatal massages are usually done sideways, and my masseus Jenny was trying to twist my upper body into weird angle with very little communication on what she wanted to achieve due to language barrier. She soaked me in an unusually generous amount of massage oil. Strokes felt rushed. She had some trouble with the big blanket. When massaging my legs, she rolled the blanket up and dumped it on my belly (hello, baby there). Not returning. Will pay a little more and go to Four Seasons for a prenatal massage.
Found this lovely hidden gem in West Portal, and I had a fantastic experience. Per Christine's recommendations and my needs we did a myofascial/lymphatic. Christine is lovely, kind, and smart woman--she made sure I was comfortable and educated me on what she was doing, and even gave me a few tips. I weigh about 256lbs, and requested extra firm, and Christine did not disappoint. I'm thankful for the 1st time experience; the pain was totally worth it! Will be coming back soon.
Christine solved my back pain. She goes deep (can you stand it?) She stretches every muscle and shifted my rib cage. I had busses on my inner thigh, but it was worth it. She is the best.
I recently tried their Signature Deluxe Facial, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of relaxation. The spa is clean, inviting, and comfortable, with new and professional equipment. The facial itself was fantastic. It started with a deep steam cleanse to purify my pores, followed by an ultrasonic device to infuse serums, and then light therapy. The experience included a facial lifting massage along with a shoulder, neck, and head massage, finishing with a full skincare routine. My skin felt refreshed and radiant afterward – truly a rejuvenating experience! My esthetician, Amy, was incredible. With over two decades of experience, her technique was incredibly skillful, and she provided expert advice tailored to my skin. The entire session was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend Mysa Day Spa for anyone looking to pamper themselves!
AMY AMY AMY! I have scheduled all my facials with Amy thus far and I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this woman is. She is not only the sweetest soul, but she does the most thorough job. She truly takes her time addressing all your skin concerns and making sure you receive the best treatment possible. She takes her time with extractions and really removes all the gunk you didn’t even know was there. I always leave with my face looking a shade lighter and feeling 10 pounds lighter! If you want a gentle, kind, and skilled aesthetician, Amy is the one for you. Even her facial massage techniques are wonderful. Mysa Day Spa is such a clean and aesthetic little place and I’m so glad they opened up! Their packages are a bit pricey, but I think it’s worth it in comparison to the other spas I’ve visited. I have also gotten a deep tissue massage here, which wasn’t as relaxing and more of a clinical treatment. I don’t remember the name of the masseuse but she was lovely too and very skilled in the rolfing technique. My only complaint would be that finding parking in the area can be tricky, so come early to find something nearby.
I had such a great experience at Mysa Day Spa! I came in for a Hydrafacial and left with my skin feeling incredibly clean, smooth, and refreshed. The whole process was relaxing from start to finish—the spa has such a calming and welcoming vibe. The esthetician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the treatment. They really tailored the facial to my skin type and concerns, and I could see the glow right after the session. No irritation, no redness—just soft, hydrated skin! If you’re looking for a high-quality facial in a serene and spotless environment, I highly recommend Mysa. I’ll definitely be coming back for more treatments!
Service superb - customer service hit or miss. I booked a facial for my dad as an early Father's Day gift. The young woman who helped me book over the phone last week was wonderful and kind - I think her name was Aliya. My dad also said he really enjoyed his facial by Hanna! They are the reason why this review is not 2 stars. Thank you Aliya and Hanna! Today, I was frustrated with the customer service we received when I called to clarify additional charges during my dad's service. I didn't get her name, but she was curt and condescending about us double-checking add-ons my 72-year-old father had agreed to during his facial. He was mostly confused as to why he was charged $183.60 for Juveneck and sunscreen, but again, enjoyed his service. Whoever answered the phone replied as if it was my dad's fault for ordering the add-ons, though I only wanted clarification. I was in the car with colleagues and had the call on speaker, and even my co-workers thought her tone was quite rude. We appreciate Aliya and Hanna, but the service over the phone today makes it uncomfortable for me to book here again.
