Had an exceptional appointment with Stephanie today - she doesn't disappoint! You will be hard pressed to find a therapist more passionate about her profession.

This was my first time at this location and it did not disappoint! At check-in, Alexas was sweet and friendly and made me feel relaxed! My therapist Nyel gave me the best massage I've ever had. She listened to exactly what I said and very expertly helped loosen up my tight muscles. I could not recommend her highly enough! This was definitely one of my favorite hand and Stone locations! Just kind of a very different relaxed vibe. I would highly recommend this location in this therapist!

Had an appointment today that l was REALLY looking forward to and l show up 15 minutes earlier, as requested..... and the door was locked, "Open" sign was on and nobody answered the phone when l called! I've been a member for over 5 years and it doesn't seem like my time OR MONEY is being appreciated. There is always something seriously wrong with this place, both Mandarin locations in particular. I've been overcharged, lve been disrespected and now today, my service has been rejected with no notice or warning at all!! I would leave 0 Stars if l could! At this point, they're not even worth 1 Star and l am definitely canceling my membership subscription TODAY!

Love Hand & Stone! The staff are always friendly, and I love the atmosphere/relaxing sounds while you get massaged! It can be hard to relax given the current state of the world and overworking! 10/10 recxomend, get that massage you keep putting off!

First time getting a massage after years. My body really needed this,. Stress, working out, to whatever, my therapist was Charlene. Did a really great job of knowing where the pain was,. Highly recommend her.

I have been going to this Hand and Stone for over 6 months now. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I have received massage therapy for most of my adult life and Talib provides one of the best massages I’ve ever had., I schedule with him regularly. He is both skilled and thorough.

I’ve never had a trigger point massage before, but Lisa is the absolute best. She is sweet as can be and helped me on my personal journey. So thankful to have found her. 5/5 recommend.
