I got a fantastic relaxing massage from Rachel and I can't wait to go back! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere is peaceful and beautifully maintained, and every staff member radiates kindness and professionalism. My treatment was absolutely incredible—thoughtful, calming, and tailored perfectly to what I needed. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and already planning my next visit! I had such a wonderful experience here for my first ever massage! The front desk was super welcoming and kind. The facility was clean, calming, and very nice! The robe and slippers were very clean and incredibly comfortable. My massage from Manny was wonderful, he is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He made sure my massage was tailored to my needs and was highly professional. I felt extremely relaxed and well cared for by the respectful and caring staff. I left feeling rejuvenated and fresh! Can’t wait for my next visit!

3/9 updates: Thanks for reply. I have no issue paying late cancellation fee. You may check with your receptionist, I stated it at the first place. All I care is how you deliver the option. Very confusing on why it took 100% credits versus 50% charge. At least you should make it apple to apple. 50% credit or 50% charge or equivalent amount of credit. I showed up and wait in the room for at least 10-15 minutes before my session ends and try to fix the issue and pay the charge in person. Otherwise, your team won’t ask if I consider doing 10 minutes wax session instead. No matter what, the story was twisted and interpreted in your version. - Wonderful massage and facial services. Unfortunately, the membership system is disappointing and doesn’t make customers feel very welcome to join. The late cancellation policy is strict — 50% of the session if you pay by card, or 100% of your session credit if you use membership credits. For my Premier membership, it means $69 on cards vs. $109 credits so the policy just doesn’t make sense to me. I’d recommend booking through ClassPass instead, as it’s usually a much better deal.

Saw this Spa on ClassPass so used my credits for this. What a great place, very warm and Chelsea gave a great massage!! Also, Nadia was amazing at taking good care of the "Welcome In". Also, they are also caring and go the next step beyond for their clients, I left a ring in my robe and realized the next day. They searched and found - Thank you Aria (sp?) for taking the time out to find this, going through all the robe pockets was time-consuming I'm sure! All around a 5-star place.

This spa is really nice on the inside. There’s a lounge while you’re waiting for your massage therapist. They have tea and water and reading materials. Then you’re given a locker and a very comfortable robe and slippers. I had The salt stone massage and it was incredibly relaxing, and I came in with pain and left feeling so much better. I highly recommend this location, I was even able to shower after my massage and feel very pampered.

Chelsea is seriously gifted! Always a fantastic massage from her. I really enjoy Spavia’s Essential membership, I think it is tremendous value for what you get. Very clean facilities and I am pretty much always able to schedule a service when I want it!

I had a great experience here. Was very impressed! It's gorgeous and similar to a luxury resort spa with two private retreat rooms - one for women and one for men. Treatment rooms relaxing - my massage and Platinum Ice & Glow facial were amazing. I will be back to this day spa.
