The cheeseburger was the most delicious I’ve ever had! Such a great place with friendly service. It was busy on Sunday evening and a few items were out, so I’ll definitely be coming back to try them next time
This is my favorite restaurant in all of New York. Every time I come here I get the ribs and ice cream Sunday. I will always come back to this spot because of how fantastic the food is. I also love these chicken, biscuits, and kale salad. This place is such a treat. Walk ins are a pain though they get super busy and I don’t think it’s that well organized
Always a class act from beginning to end. Shout out to Shannon for elevating the experience that much more tonight. Cesar salad- excellent! Lobster Po’ boy and crab cakes; to die for. Goat cheese stuffed olives in the martini; delish.
5 stars because all of the food was such high quality and super fresh. Ambiance is lovely with nice spacing between tables so you don't feel squished. Our server was delightful and attentive. Honestly my only complaint is the French fries are too thin and skinny so they are more like crunchy potato chips. Highly recommend the chilled jumbo shrimp and Caesar with crispy oysters! Also don't skip the biscuits, you'll thank me later 🙂
We are long time customers and generally stop in once a week or more. While we have enjoyed the Grill, it does not compare to its predecessor at that location, Della Famina, for those who remember. We just left tonight 11/14/25 and had a disappointing meal, one of many this year. We ordered the $84 ribeye medium rare. It came out medium well. The wonderful bartender Christian immediately agreed and took it back. The next try came out black and blue. Feeling bad about sending back the first steak, something we almost never do as ex-restaurant workers, we choked down the undercooked steak. This meal is reflective of many this year. Not only have we had several sub-par meals but the sides are getting smaller and less enjoyable. The mashed potatoes used to be plentiful with melted butter. Now they’re a small $14 order with no melted butter. We thought they were instant potatoes tonight. The only thing that has remained consistent is the service quality including the great trio behind the bar of Christian, Erica and Chris. We expressed our disappointment tonight and explained why we will not be in as much going forward. Many restaurants make slow changes to improve margins and assume customers don’t notice. Believe me, your regulars notice the changes and eventually move on. We finally got to that point tonight. Too bad, but as long as the corporation keeps their margins high, they probably don’t care about losing a weekly customer.
I love the most amazing scallop salad and the prime rib. They were not serving them this time I was there. I do not like the sweet sauce and char of the broiled ribeye. I appreciate them replacing it with fillet with less char and no sauce. It is much better and good service I love the dining room atmosphere Lack of quality desert variety makes me having no desert here
We had dinner here on Saturday night off season. The place was packed. Very cozy atmosphere with delicious food. Wonderful fireplace. I would expect the server to suggest hot towels when everyone was eating finger foods at the table. I should not have to request them at an establishment like this….prices are very Hamptons…elitist and out of touch. Lol
