Springs Tavern and Grill

Spring Tavern is a mixed bag. The happy hour deals on oysters and clams are a great value and definitely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, beyond that the food is pretty mediocre. We ordered the flounder special of the day for $34, and it was bland and underwhelming — it really needed a better sauce or put flavorful stuffing. It’s also very loud, which makes it tough to have a conversation. On the plus side, the bar setup is solid, with great TVs for watching games, which makes it a decent spot for drinks, light bites and sports rather than dining.

wonderful local tavern with excellent seafood and excellent staff. we had the pot stickers, mussels, and clams from the happy hour menu. we followed that with the crab cake sandwich and the tavern burger. All the food was great!

Was the best clam chowder I've ever had...the chunks of clam were real chunks. And the flavor of the chowder was one I cant compare, but it was delicious. And I just came from touring Boston. The New England Clam Chowder at Springs Tavern is way better. Kudos to the Chef. We also ordered the Roasted Peppers on the App list and they ware really tasty. I got a burger for my entree. It was a little thick but I managed it. It was quite delicious, despite its size. The frys were good. My mom said they we're her new favorite. We're out of towners... but highly reccomend this establishment. Great food and great clean atmosphere. The staff was excellent! Very friendly, kind people. Prices are reasonable. Drinks were good, too. Was nice they had a happy hour. Hope to go back. If I was closer I could see this being a new favorite spot of mine. They're menu is pretty diverse, I'd like to try some other things, but also want what I had again. Definitely try this place if you haven't!

We are visiting the Hamptons and stumbled upon the Springs Tavern and Grill. The atmosphere was warm and very nice. Every person we interacted with was so nice and pleasant. This is a local hang out however we felt very welcomed as tourists. The food was 10/10! The short rib was a very generous portion and one of the best I have had. Someone in our party had the bolognese and said it was fantastic! Another had the burger and gave it 10/10 but said the fries were amazing too! John was our server tonight and he was very friendly, attentive and knowledgable about the menu. Super friendly too!

Great appetizer options with the Mediterranean platter and ceviche. Service was good especially for a large party. The grilled mahi mahi tacos were a bit dry though

Tasty, casual and good selection of food and drink options. Easy going atmosphere and indoor and outdoor eating. They take reservations for parties of 6 or more.

Great local restaurant...always greeted at the door with a friendly hello. Cozy inside and the outside is lovely in the summer months. Food is fresh and delicious and they make a great martini! Was at a rehearsal dinner there this past summer and everything was amazing...food, service, atmosphere top notch!
