I went here for my 30th birthday and it did not disappoint! It felt so luxurious and I didn't want to leave. I loved that there were so many different amenities that I could use here. I also loved the aesthetic! It felt like I was in LA or Tulum.
I visited Sunday Hot Springs on a weekday & absolutely loved it! The staff was so helpful from the second we walked through the door. I love that they have a timed entry for occupancy. It never felt crowded even though it was quite busy. We spent about an hour & half here in total & the entire experience was so relaxing. The hot tea is a nice touch!
I’ve been coming here since it opened, and at first it was really nice but it’s gone downhill so fast. I’d definitely come back if they fix their cleanliness issue, as it has a lot of potential. But last time I came I left an hour into my visit because I was so grossed out. There was SO much dead skin in the neutral pool (don’t have pics cause I abide by the no phone policy in the pool area). It seems like more chlorine is being dumped in rather than actually cleaning, because me and my sister’s eyes were burning and the filters are clearly inadequate judging by how much skin was in the pool. The showers/dressing room smelled like mildew and looked really dirty. The hot tub/neutral pool is also too cold imo.
Nicest sauna in town! Very Lux feel. If you want to relax, enjoy a good vibe with friends, enjoy a fresh cold kombucha, this is the place! Sauna is oversized and very hot! Steam room has the perfect ambience with a red glow in there. The fitting rooms are very beautifully designed. 100% worth it!
We went here for my wife’s 21st birthday. It was awesome! The place has very good variety. We definitely left refreshed. The place was clean. The customer service was amazing. It also had very good kombucha. I would definitely come here again. Thank you guys for the awesome service!
This is amazing place! Went there for a first time this month and I felt so relaxed after my visit😍 Awesome design and amenities - fell in love with a steam room!
A true hidden gem—easily on par with the finest bathhouses in the country. From the moment I walked into Sunday Hot Springs, I knew I had discovered something exceptional. The restored building is absolutely stunning, modern, elevated, and peaceful in a way that makes you feel transported the second you step inside. It has this refined, high-end vibe that rivals the best wellness spaces I’ve visited. I’ve been to some of the finest bathhouses in New York and around the country, and Sunday Hot Springs is genuinely among the best I’ve experienced. The contrast therapy circuit is beautifully curated and incredibly effective. The traditional sauna, herbal steam room, cold plunge, and hot tub are all meticulously maintained, and every space feels intentional and luxurious. After rotating through hot, cold, rinse, and rest, I walked out feeling totally renewed—clear, calm, and restored. The service here is unmatched. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a top-tier experience. Everything feels seamless and elevated without ever losing that grounded sense of hospitality. The kombucha bar and lounge is such a thoughtful touch and adds to the overall atmosphere of connection and relaxation. I ended up joining as a member because the experience truly exceeded my expectations. The crowd tends to appreciate wellness, design, and a slower, more intentional pace which creates a refined, peaceful energy that I love returning to. Sunday Hot Springs is truly a gem. Charlotte is incredibly lucky to have a place of this caliber, and I’m thrilled to make it part of my regular routine.
