Perspire Sauna Studio

I wanted to give this place a shot so I decided to take them up on the $20 first time visit. Unfortunately, the studio needs a deep clean and the sauna studio I was in, needs some TLC. There was a piece is used chewing gum stuck near one of the light bars along with several strands of long black hair. The sauna panels were dusty and the floor in my studio had dust bunnies galore. I love the benefits of infrared sauna and the sauna I used definitely held 142 the entire time. I needed to use the restroom prior to starting my session, but when I got back in the booth the timer had already expended 5 mins. The customer service was a bit lacking. The "tour" was quick and the person giving it mumbled the entire time. Thankfully I had used a sauna before so knew the "lay of the land" with the controls. This place has great potential—but needs a bit of TLC.

I wanted to wait a full month before submitting my review. It's super clean and very roomy. For my plus-size girls, it's safe, closed off, private, and there are rooms with showers. The sauna has enough room for fuller figures to sit comfortably. I love the dedicated TV in each room that is set up for a nice session of self-care and relaxation. If you want, you can watch Netflix or YouTube, but that defeats the purpose. You get 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, 1 foot mat, and my favorite, the Eucalyptus Mint towel at the end. There are 4 light options and including an inferred light. I usually go in the heat up, so I do use the inferred. It's such a calm, relaxing environment. They even take FSA/HSA!

I love going to Perspire. Wonderful staff. Great facilities. Clean and well equipped. Easy booking through their website and online. I always leave feeling great.

Ready ! Set! Sweat! Here they have 10 private sauna studios ,equipped with entertainment like netflix or simply sweat or vibe out to pandora . When I arrived I did purchase a water to keep myself hydrated since I forgot mines at home . They also have an upgraded sauna studio with your very own shower inside . Some benefits of a infrared sauna include . Relaxation,detox,burn calories, clears & improves skin & sleep etc … I will definitely add this into my weekly routine . I don’t know if this is just a mind thing or not but I immediately seen my skin glowing & hydrated. I fell asleep while inside . Each session is 40 minutes which is well enough time . Do yourself a favor & go melt into a meditative state by using one of their infrared sauna.

I had a wonderful experience at Perspire Sauna Studio. I went in on the afternoon of my birthday which they were very accommodating to since I had to reschedule from a flat tire. It was my first time so I got the opportunity to try this class at their entry rate. I instantly felt a lift in mood. 10/10 recommend. I will be doing this again unfortunately did not make the new yr special but it’s worth it either way!

One of the best sauna experiences in charlotte! With a tv and speakers in the sauna, you can lay back and listen to your favorite show, music, or relaxing sounds. They have a eucalyptus towel for you to cool off with at the end of your session and it is a fantastic experience! I also really enjoy the light therapy. The different colors offer different benefits.

Great location. Great sauna equipment (it’s light-therapy capable) it’s a bit pricey. The only negative experience I’ve had was today. The staff member was new to me and I never encountered what I encountered today, so it could be a personal thing from the staff member. I walked in politely with a smile as I always do. After my session, I left the towels inside the sauna as I typically do because I thought that was fine, and they never say anything about it. But I got a text today saying I shouldn’t do that. I replied saying my bad. I’m sorry but I it felt personal. My gut tells me the staff member took me leaving the towels inside the sauna personal. I get that I broke a rule, which is not posted anywhere in the sauna btw, but I’m also paying a lot of money so they should be able to pick up the towels. This place was a 5 star before today, for me personally. The text made me feel in welcomed.
