IMMERSE Spa

I don’t know why I never have been here since now. It was such a relaxing experience. Being able to hangout in the spa, by the pool, hot tub and steam room before and after your massage was so relaxing and perfect. Janet was my massage therapist, she was absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The robe was like a cloud. It was nice to have valet parking included with the spa. Not to mention after you can grab some food in the casino before you head out. My friend and I spent at least 5ish hours here.

Highly disappointed and shocked today it was extremely DIRTY the jacuzzi had a lot of dirt in it, towels everywhere on the floor, no lotion, steam room broken at 4pm , and no one at the front answered the phone after 430pm when they close at 6pm. I’m shocked I’ve been there multiples of times and this was the worst for the money that was spent all together $400 today never again.

We stayed at MGM Grand for two days while in town for a Red Wings game. I stopped by the Spa and was able to book a deep tissue massage for the same day. Jarrell was professional, listened to my concerns about problem areas and worked on these areas to help reduce the tension and pain. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. The Spa and pool areas were very relaxing and the locker room was clean. All staff involved were kind, personable and professional. Thank you Immerse Spa for a wonderful experience.

Very clean! Amazing experience. Had the most amazing pedicure that I’ve ever had. The pool and hot tub were super clean as well as the whole locker room area. The staff is amazing and everybody makes it a wonderful experience. Very attentive . Very quiet. good place to go to have a nice peaceful time. Spent the whole day at the pool and hot tub then went for a nice pedicure. Thank you for making it a wonderful birthday experience!

For how high end this place is, their booking system is shit. I booked online for two massages for my mom and myself for my wedding week. They had me input both guest names and the services we wanted. It showed the price and had me put a credit card in. I pressed submit and everything went through. Fast forward to today, my mom and I were so excited to have some relaxation before my wedding. We show up and they don’t have our booking, and there is nothing they can do. Horrible service. I was looking forward to relaxation before my wedding and Immerse Spa dropped the ball. I will tell everyone about this experience and advice them to go elsewhere.

Beautiful spa & pool in MGM Grand hotel. Super clean & quiet. Not too crowded. Hot tub sauna & steam rooms are located inside men's/women's locker rooms. Relaxing place to get away from it all for a few hrs.

Not as luxurious as I thought it would be. The massage therapist (african american lady with short hair if im not mistaken)was mean and very passive aggressive. She kept implying that i was not allowing her to massage me because i wasnt relaxed enough. In fact she hurt my leg by trying to hyperextend it. I will never go back to this spa.
