Loyly Sauna Southeast

I called to see if I could purchase a gift certificate for a friend. The associate who answered the phone was very polite. I drove to Loyly and there were two associates at the front desk. I was warmly welcomed and they made me feel at ease asking questions. I purchased a gift certificate for my friend and was super thrilled about the current sale. Fantastic staff and vibe. I will be back!

Have been coming here for two years now and it’s such a relaxing, clean, respectful and peaceful place with warm staff. Always leave feeling rejuvenated, especially during the cold months. Love this sauna and look forward to continue supporting them!

This is really what a spa should be, calm, relaxing, simple and clean. This has now been my 15th time to go to either the SE location or the NE location to find my balance in life. This is a great location. The combination of the steam room and sauna is a perfect contrast. Being able to get a foot soak and a tea during your steams really gets the skin and soil activated. I have had massages before also, and they are always a nice addition. Grab a robe, some flip flops, your favorite book and decompress for 2 hours. Recommend calling to see what is on the schedule, some days are women only, men only or co-ed. the NE location is a bit larger plus does have talking area if you are wanting to be social with a friend or partner. My favorite place to find zen.

My friend and I had a marvelous time with our massages and sauna. It wasn't busy, but I can imagine myself not enjoying my experience if there were a lot of people in the sauna. I'll definitely be back.

I have only been to this location. I wish they had a walk in cold plunge rather than a shower but I love love they have a steam room and dry sauna. Everything is clean and relaxing. It is minimalist but I personally prefer that. They do a good job controlling the flow so it doesn’t get crowded. I would go more often if they had a 1 hour session option.

The $67 Sauna Special at Loyly is one of my favorite ways to self care in Portland. 2 hours to enjoy dry sauna and steam room, + foot soak, face mask, and salt scrub. I always have a great experience at Loyly.

Loyly has been a reasonable value for cost in SE for sometime. They amenities are pretty standard, but their dry sauna in particular is exceptional. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them as a business of choice anymore. They do nothing to protect their clients from harassment or bullying from other patrons. On two separate occasions, while attending their SE facility I was harassed by a large male patron. After informing the front desk of his behavior, I was informed that it was a me problem. I chose to leave instead of navigate the problem patron or the apathy of staff. I instead ask that a note be added to my account to alert me to this patrons presence. On my last visit I had been there for less than 30 minutes, and the same patron showed up. I got up without saying anything, and informed the front desk that I was leaving. I had the audacity to ask that we not be charged since we had not benefit from the visit. This was enough to get a nasty email email from who I assume is the owner or general manager informing that I am banned. Great job Loyly. You just lost a life time customer. I hope your other patrons enjoy a greater sense of personal safety than I was afforded.
