Gould's Salon Spa - Downtown

Emma has been my stylist for a couple of years. She provides expert service quickly, accommodating different styles and they’ve always looked great. Visits with her are very comfortable, I always look forward to my next appointment!

I have to update my rating from a 5 to a 1. I am at the Goulds in Cordova and have found out that the girl who dyed my hair at the downtown location really messed up my color. My purple hair faded to blue, green, etc and it is going to take a full day to color correct my hair in order to dye it properly.

I cannot stress enough how NICE the people at this location are! They bent over backwards to help accommodate a scheduling problem so I could be on time for an event, and they did a great job on the services they provide.

Massage was good but my only concern was I booked a couples massage and this one was just 2 separate rooms and a door between - could have done 2 separate ones instead of driving all the way to downtown ..

I was in from out of town and walked in hoping for some fresh color. Chandra did a consultation and despite my original ideas, she suggested a shadow root and low lights for my level 8 blond hair. She said that it needed some contrast to give depth. The result was amazing. Between the low lights and purple shampoo my hair was shiny and much healthier looking and the contrast made it pop. I highly recommend Chandra. She was so kind and an excellent colorist. I will definitely go see her again when in Memphis!

And, Arielle the beautiful lady who greets each client is Professional and caring and thoughtful... So much Talent in one place🤎🤎🤎

Go check out my girl Destany! I'm on day#5 with regular polish 'soap nails'. My feet are definitely cute! She keeps my natural nails on point and trendy (as much as I allow)!
