Body Spa West

The atmosphere here can be quite unwelcoming/cold.🥶😤 Some stylists, manicurists, etc. exhibit snobbery, rudeness and a sense of entitlement, expecting patrons to be wealthy and leave generous tips. This creates a unwelcoming environment that feels less accommodating unless you are prepared to spend a significant amount of money then they're good with you.🤑 People often make judgments based on appearances, such as clothing and vehicles, which can be quite discriminatory and biased. In places like Summerlin, there seems to be an expectation that everyone should be affluent, leading to unfair, prejudice , assumptions about individuals based solely on their outward presentation. Been here several times over the years and only a couple of people were friendly. Go to small places for beauty and self care..more personable, friendly and better service. Anything you see that says "Body SPA" except to be fleeced/gouged.

My experience with Jai is always wonderful. She always does an exceptional job and had me looking flawless. The only complaint I almost froze to death while getting my hair done. You will need a light afghan.

My review is for Maya Skin Sanctuary located inside Body Spa West. I wanted to look extra glowy for my upcoming birthday trip and decided on her Custom Facial. I also had dermaplaning,a brow wax and brow tint - all of which gave impressive results. I really loved the antiaging effects from this facial. Maya curated every step of the facial based on my concerns. I had a noticeable glow, fine lines and wrinkles were visibly diminished and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Also, her treatment room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable as well. I had such a great experience and can’t wait for my next visit! I highly recommend Maya to anyone looking for a relaxing facial treatment with immediate results! Thank you Maya - you are truly gifted and amazing!

Renting Experience: I just rented a space in this beautiful place. It was so easy to rent it. Debbie was amazing since the very first time I called her. She is very helpful and answers all I wanted to know. The next step was working with Jacob another amazing experience. He got the lease ready right away. He answers all the questions as well. I recommend the renting experience provided by Debbie and Jacob. The best time ever. They are very friendly.

Kelli is fantastic!!! I had been seeing her for 2 years. I went to her former salon and she was no longer there. 😧 I needed a haircut so I went down the road a bit and found Body Spa. And she was there!!!!!! 😃 A much a nicer atmosphere. Far more friendly and felt like a true salon. Not the corporate environment atmosphere of Supercuts.

I recently have rented at Body Spa West my experience was amazing! Debbie made everything so easy for me with renting and she responds so quickly! I definitely will be coming back I enjoyed my time! Everything was very easy to find as well and the space was very clean!
