This is a special gem in south Kansas City. I’ve been to a few studios in the Leawood area but this one keeps me coming back. The facility is welcoming, clean, and well kept. The staff is what keeps me coming back, though: Friendly, experienced, and ready for a great workout.
I took a hot pilates class with Blake and I’m happily sore 2 days later! He was so encouraging and inclusive with each client in the room. As a first timer- I was nervous to step into a class full of regulars, but I could tell everyone was there to work hard and have a great time. The space is so cute and the instructor was fabulous!!! I can’t wait to come back for more!
I booked my first class for free and I really enjoyed it! I booked another class for 4:30 right after work the next day and got to the parking lot at 4:28. Walked up after I parked and the door was locked. I tried to call but no answer. Pretty upset I couldn’t take the class I paid $25 for. I was gonna buy a membership but there’s no flexibility for time here.
26&2 classes are wonderful! Especially the 60minute condensed versions they hold. I would attend them more often if I didn't live an hour away. I like that they offer "punch card" memberships.
R&B 105 is a fantastic studio. I love that they offer a range of classes in their hot room. Each instructor has their own voice and perspective which brings some variety to the standard 26&2 class (and I love that there is a 60 minute class as an alternative on busy days). The Pilates and barre classes are also killer and very fun. Their customer service is also incredible - they are kind and patient and easy to get in contact with. I cannot recommend this studio enough.
This is the first salon we've visited since moving to KCMO and I was thrilled with our experience. Meg gave my daughter the haircut she wanted and she was absolutely wonderful. Also love the vibe of the place. We will definitely be returning for myself and my girls
