The St. Regis Atlanta Spa
📍 Gay-friendly spas in Atlanta
The St. Regis Atlanta Spa offers a refined retreat blending timeless luxury with modern relaxation, making it a standout in Atlanta’s wellness scene. The elegant ambiance—marked by serene lounges, a sauna, and steam room—creates an ideal setting for unwinding, while personalized touches like complimentary spritzers elevate the experience. Staff attention to detail, from welcoming service to thoughtful extras, enhances the overall atmosphere, though some treatments may vary in depth.
While the spa’s high-end facilities and polished environment shine, certain services like massages or facials occasionally fall short of expectations, particularly in consistency or temperature control. Nonetheless, its charm and hospitality solidify its place as a sought-after destination for those seeking a tranquil, upscale escape.

We had the most peaceful and pampering afternoon. Sauna, steam room, quiet lounge with prosecco and st germain spritz, and a massage. It was amazing and the staff and amenities were amazing. Few notes: 1. Pool access is not included 2. Recommended to valet but there is also a parking deck behind
Spent my birthday in pure bliss at the St. Regis Spa—and it did not disappoint! There’s something magical about the timeless elegance of the space; it felt rich with old-world charm yet completely fresh and luxurious. Between the lounge vibes and the St. Germain spritzer served after my treatment, I left feeling light, refreshed, and fully renewed. Hard to believe this was my first visit after five birthdays in Atlanta… but definitely not my last. Consider me a St. Regis spa girl now.🍾🛁 ✨ Will I be back? Without question. This is officially added to my personal spa circuit, and next time, I’m coming back specifically for Zarima’s healing hands and that unforgettable Hungarian massage that was a part of the Rose Quartz Radiance treatmentl.
I had a lovely experience at the spa with my mom! We got 60 minute massages and spent the rest of the afternoon in the sauna and steam room. The ladies working at the spa greeted us by name and we loved all the special touches throughout since we were celebrating a special occasion. I thought the tea service was so lovely, and they even gave us a few extra teabags since we complemented the specific blend that they used. Natalya, Kristin and Jacquelyn were all amazing and made our day extra special! Thank you all so much!
I recently visited the Saint Regis Spa and overall had a lovely experience. The facilities are absolutely beautiful—elegant, clean, and serene, which really sets the tone for a relaxing day. I had a manicure, pedicure, massage, and facial. While the ambiance was top-notch, I found the actual services a bit underwhelming for a luxury spa. The facial didn’t leave my skin feeling noticeably refreshed or glowing the way it typically does after treatments at other high-end spas like the Four Seasons. Similarly, the pedicure could have been more exfoliating and hydrating—it just lacked that extra polish and attention to detail I expected. One thing I was a little disappointed by was not being able to use the pools, which would have added so much to the overall experience. All in all, it’s a stunning space and a peaceful escape, but the treatments didn’t quite live up to the luxurious setting
Pretty disappointed at my experience considering the st Regis spa is one of the best in atlanta. The amenities and staff are all wonderful- that I will say!! I had a 90 min maternity massage. First, The room temperature was so cold that my masseuse was freezing and so was I! There was a noticeable difference when she opened the door and I am a southern gal who loves air conditioner but geez it was cold! She apologized profusely as she couldn’t control the temperatire. She did put extra blankets on which I am thankful about but her hands were freezing so you can imagine how it felt when she used a wash cloth to wipe off the oil— freeeezing! Second, my masseuse was very sweet and kind but I think pretty new or maybe inexperienced? The massage was very choppy and at times felt like she was unsure what to do next. She kept stopping and starting and, I think, she forgot where she was because she forgot to do my other arm at the end. It was very discombobulating and I think she and I were both just trying to get through the 90 minutes. At one point o considered but ending it but felt bad. Considering the cost was almost $500 I am very disappointed and hope this was just a one off.
I have been here several times and have had a good experience. However, my recent trip was mediocre at best. My massage therapist was good and I have no complaints on my service itself. However, when I arrived and walked into the quiet area, there was a staff member and 2 guests talking very loudly about their daughters cheerleading, school shootings and gun violence. As a trauma nurse, this is the last thing I want to be hearing when I am trying to unwind. Also, my friend and I met back up in the lounge after our services and there were no staff coming around asking if we wanted tea or champagne. For the price of the service plus the additional $15 to valet, the experience is what you pay for and it was highly disappointing. I will not be back.
It was a girls weekend at the St Regis Cerebrating birthdays and pampering a friend dealing with breast cancer. The services received were phenomenal. The massages divine and the pedicures amazing! I paid for all our treatments or so I thought. The bill was large and when I asked about tipping was advised it was included. A week later I checked my account and found two charges for the spa on my account. Mind you I signed only for the one. When I called to question I was advised that this charge was for my friend. No explanation why she wasn’t included in the original total but upset that a sizable amount was charged without any notice or authorization I was told the manager wished to talk with me and would call back quickly. That was 5 day’s ago So disappointed St Regis. I expect better from you
