I’m not typically one to leave a review but this experience was poor and they weren’t willing to do anything to make it better. Left with nail polish smudged on my toes and rough feet. The red spots on my toes are nail polish that she was wiping off. The guy felt my foot and acknowledged it was still rough. She didn’t use the grader and I get a lot of dry skin so I need it and they use it every time. I asked her DURING the pedicure and she told me I don’t need it. She was making me hold my legs up during the pedicure when typically they do it to let you relax or they move you far enough forward that it hangs a little for them. They still made me pay full price and didn’t even offer for me to come back to have a better service when I told them I had a poor experience in the most kind and quiet way possible. No one even offered to wipe off the smudged nail polish. They actually were very rude. I went back in and asked them to wipe it off because I realized I just paid $66 for the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Just so disappointed. You can actually visibly see how rough and dry my feet are because she rushed through my pedicure.

Update the walmart off Voyager and north Academy do amazing. For a pedicure with callus removal and a full set of acrylic manicure it was 100 for both not each. Normal this place was solid. Last 2 times I have gone my nails have not really looked the best this time I had them re shape them because again the acrylic she had originally put on, you could see brush marks, was completely uneven and it was bumpy, so I had to speak up and had her redo them. But now its only been 3 days and my mate top coat already came off on 9 of my nails and some of the color on two of them. And for $105 I would expect them to last longer then 3 day. Thay shape of them are horrible they all look different and like they are a week old. In this economy do not waist your money here. Last time I got a pedicure, so with my nails and a pedicure, I spent close 200 hundred dollars, I had to come home and redo my feet and my nails. This pleace is not worth for how much it is. I liked the walk in aspect but I will never be back.

I’ve only been going to the salon since the start of the summer. And although I don’t always see the same person, which may be my fault, the overall service is really great. And they generally do a great job. The last two times I’ve gone to get a fill. I’ve only done clean Nail polish with no design. And it seems these last two times I didn’t get the best finish. I tried to explain that they were missing spots of nail polish on the sides of my nail, and they went back to paint, but it honestly looks like I need to get them done again because the nail polish does not go all the way Down and there are missing spots all along the sides or it’s super spotted as if the nail polish just didn’t take. For the price that I have to pay for everything. It’s a little disappointing. It’s the closest one to my house and just seems like I can’t get a break on finding a good nail technician. I’ll still go back.. just disappointed.

My husband had surprised me with an appointment here for my birthday and he had called before hand. A full set with design and details was going to be $85 max… I went there and the service was awesome. I did get nicked pretty badly on 3 of my fingers and then was charged $125 and then was demanded to give a tip as well so total of 140 for some nails. I wish they would’ve been more honest upfront about the prices is all.

Miley is the best! She’s been doing my nails for years now and she always gets the shape/design exactly how I want it. The spa is very punctual and on time with their appointments. The entire staff is professional and accommodating.

I had gone to AV a few years ago before moving away. I've recently moved back and was so excited to come back. I booked with Miley because she came highly rated based on the google reviews. Let me say I am less than thrilled. Granted, my nail beds were pretty damaged, however, I've never had nails that looked this bad before. They're chunky, crooked and my biggest issue is the nails don't look like they fit my nail bed. They're very small( sides of natural nails show) and look very grown out. The acrylic and polish doesn't come down to the cuticle at all. They easily look 1-2 weeks grown out and these photos were taken within 1 hour of the appointment. Will not come back.
