Our service providers were Narise & Gesys for the full body deep tissue 100% recommend for 50 minutes. Definitely recommend coming here. Everything was nice and clean. The ambiance was perfect.

I’ve been coming here for my birthday massage every year for about 10 years, and unfortunately this year was the worst experience I’ve had. I felt very rushed throughout my visit. You’re given one complimentary mimosa, and then charged $10 for any additional refills, which felt a bit excessive considering the overall experience. The staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, and the reception felt bland and unwelcoming. My masseuse was kind and professional, but I didn’t feel like the massage focused enough on the areas I needed, and overall I just didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth from the services. It’s disappointing because this used to be my annual birthday tradition, but based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I booked a massage online last night and took the last slot for 10 am this morning. Bree was my therapist and she did an excellent job in her skills, professionalism and personality. I typically get a massage a couple times a month and this was hands down one of the best!! If you want relaxation, relieve tension and walk out with a boost to your spirits, book an appointment with Bree, you will be glad you did. 😊

Jessica the spa manager made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone ! I did a mud wrap and although it wasn’t a full body wrap it was nice and relaxing. I wish the spa had a hot tub but still would come back again and again because of the amazing experience

As a mom of four, I rarely get a moment to myself. On a whim while staying at the Intercontinental, I decided to book a last minute facial. After seeing my options, I went with the hydrafacial. I’ve heard many friends do these and they aren’t available everywhere so I hopped on the opportunity. Upon arrival, I filled out a quick information sheet while sipping a mimosa. The ambiance even in the lobby already has be relaxed. I didn’t wait more than a minute and was already brought back to a changing room and then relaxation room. I can’t describe the calm that came over me once I entered through these doors. This place is beautiful!!! MarLyn came in after a bit and brought me to the room for my facial. As if I wasn’t already as relaxed as I thought I could get, I became so at ease with MarLyn, I thought I might fall asleep!!! I refuse to do invasive procedures and scared to death of needles, so this is as close as I get to medical grade facials. I’m so happy I took the advice of the staff and did this facial. Seeing all of the impurities that came out of my skin (they will show you them if you want), was eye opening. The best part, my skin feels so smooth and healthy. Ask for MarLyn if you try this place out. She’s amazing with her hands and has a beautiful demeanor and presence. She’s the best!!

After an incredibly long and intense conference hosting a group of North American CEOs, my colleague and I were thrilled to learn that the group had gifted us spa services as a thank-you. Exactly what we needed. We chose the 80-minute deep tissue massage, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. Spa manager Jessica greeted us warmly and enthusiastically, immediately setting the tone. We were offered champagne, then asked to complete a brief intake form to note our needs and any areas of concern. From there, we were escorted to the women’s locker room, changed into plush robes and slippers, and spent a few relaxing minutes in the sauna. Soon after, our massage therapists arrived, Nelly for me and Jenny for my colleague, and guided us to a beautiful, dimly lit treatment room. We settled onto warmed massage tables and were wrapped in the softest, most luxurious sheets. And then… the real magic began. Nelly was absolutely phenomenal. She worked through my sore, overworked muscles with incredible skill for over an hour. Her hands were both strong and intuitive, her movements gentle and graceful as she transitioned from one area to the next. The pressure was deep and effective, paired with an impressive understanding of anatomy and, honestly, my body in particular. I never wanted it to end. It was exactly what I needed to melt away the stress of the previous week. I left completely obsessed with every aspect of this spa and fully plan to return very soon, this time with my boyfriend. I will absolutely be requesting Nelly again. And I should add, my colleague was equally impressed by Jenny. These women are true artists.
