When we stepped into the Gale Hotel Spa, I knew we were in for a truly special experience. Tucked away in the heart of Downtown, this spa is an oasis of tranquility that effortlessly blends luxury, style, and comfort. The ambiance is serene and chic, with soft lighting, calming aromas, and tasteful design elements that create an instant sense of escape from the hustle of Miami. The staff is exceptional: warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They make you feel like a VIP from check-in to checkout. I chose the signature Swedish massage, and it was divine. Ricardo and Joahna were the best. They were skilled and intuitive, tailoring the pressure and technique to my body’s needs with absolute precision. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely stress-free. Shout out to Andres, the Spa Manager, who ensures this place runs like a fine-tuned timepiece. The spa amenities were just as impressive: steam room, plush robes, and a peaceful Hamman area that invites you to unwind a little longer. Whether you’re a local looking for a quick escape or a visitor wanting to add a layer of indulgence to your stay, the Gale Wellness Spa is a must. It’s more than a spa; it’s a sanctuary. I can’t wait to return. I give it five stars without hesitation.

Truly lovely spa with a couple draw backs. Overall worth it as long as you know what you’re getting. Here’s my take after going multiple times. The staff/services - lovely, 5 stars all around. I’ve had a facial from Yovanna and massages from Ricardo. Highly recommend either for any service. Front desk is super friendly. The amenities - 3 stars, I feel like this building just wasn’t thought out well. Most could be solved if they gave guests a wristband to access areas. It’s amazing to have a sauna, hammam, steam and cold plunge all in one area. But you have to be scanned in, as well as the area where treatments are. Neither have restrooms, so you have to walk across to the lockers and then back to the front desk to be scanned in again if/when you have to pee. There’s also no true "relaxation room" to wait for your treatment. Just 2 chairs by the treatment rooms that you have to request to be scanned in to. I end up timing it to be in the sauna beforehand so I’m not standing around awkwardly.

Amazing Spa Space! Unforgettable Experience! I was greeted by Director Andres and his Team! Elvira is wonderful and very knowledgeable therapist for skincare and facials! Murad was my massage therapist. I selected a deep tissue massage, and it was magical! My sciatica pain was gone by the end of the treatment, and my shoulder pain was resolved! Staff is extremely polite, professional and friendly! Spa has an amazing Sauna with a View! As a client you get a very stylish robe with a signature slippers to use inside of the facility! If you want to relax and to receive outstanding massage or facial I highly recommend Gale wellness and their team! Thank you for having me!

I can’t speak highly enough of this tranquil and well designed space! You’re greeted by an extremely kind lady at the desk (I believe her name was Andrea) and they walked me through the day pass benefits and all that’s available with that pass. From the steam room, to the sauna, to hammam, to then a cold plunge! This was the perfect recovery weekend and I recommend it to anyone looking for a change of pace, in our beautiful city of Miami, FL. This is one of the best and most relaxing massages I have ever had. Yovanna P. has magical hands and beautiful vibes. She also recommended how to utilize the other self services afterwards - sauna, hammam, steam room, and cold plunge tub. I went feeling stiff and low in energy, and came out feeling rejuvenated. I will definitely be back!

I went to the spa for my birthday and it was fantastic. Yovanna was exceptional. The masages took me to another dimension. Even at the end there was a hiccup with parking and the staff helped me out tremendously. I am truly appreciative of the staff here and it's somewhere I would go again.

What a terrible experience! My friend had booked me a massage. There was a mix up with the location which I understand is on me. Upon realizing this I would make the massage with 30 minutes left however, staff told us that they would be able to accommodate me the next day so I didn’t try to make it for the remaining time. Then the manager calls and says they can’t rebook me after the fact that I missed the rest of the allotted time. I have tried to be understanding and accommodating to a new time but this is now the 3rd day of someone telling me the manager will call me and they haven’t. What terrible Custer experience to think if they don’t address the problem that I’ll just forget about it.
