Woodhouse Spa - New Orleans

I visited Woodhouse Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the spa itself is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It definitely has a calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I received a basic nail polish service. While it was okay, the polish application wasn’t as polished as I would have liked. For a spa of this caliber, I expected a bit more attention to detail with the nail service. That said, the environment and customer service were wonderful. I would consider returning for other spa services, but probably not for the basic nail mani and pedi .

I had an amazing experience here. I got a text reminder letting me know to arrive 30 minutes early, which I’m grateful for because I don’t know that I would’ve done that otherwise. That provided plenty of time to find parking, get changed, and enjoy the relaxation room before my deep tissue massage. Ariana was so helpful getting me all set up in the relaxation room, and Fareen was excellent for the massage. Destiny was another staff member who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. I’ll be back for sure!

Woodhouse is always a great place for relaxation. I’ve never had a bad experience out of the years I’ve been coming here. Stephen is the absolute best massage therapist. I booked with him twice for a prenatal massage and for the first time today I booked with him for a regular Swedish. The pressure was perfect for me with all three massages I’ve had. The entire staff is actually very friendly and warm. I’m looking forward for the next time I can be back to relax.

I really enjoyed my spa experience. Angela did an exceptional job. My husband and I relaxed and unwound in the city for my birthday. This spa will always be on my to do list every time I visit. Definitely worth every moment. Entire staff provide a warm welcoming atmosphere.

My husband and I were in town for 36 hours. I read online the reviews and HAD to go. Our hotel concierge then confirmed that Woodhouse was exceptional. I spoke with Lex the manager/and the owner and they worked us in. We had mani’s and pedi’s, massages, facials…..what felt like the works. Everyone and everything was wonderful, so relaxing, refreshing, and serene! Lex had awesome customer service, she told me what they could do, NOT what they could not do. Lex had a can do spirit that could be appreciated by the client and any owner would be proud of! Lex was professional, she thought outside the box and put it together!!!!! I thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed our tenured service team! Every service was enjoyed. We WILL definitely be back and will be recommending Woodhouse to any and everyone coming to New Orleans! This staff was all that we KNOW New Orleans to be, leading in hospitality!

I booked the restorative sleep massage and my own gripe is that there isn’t a longer session offered. I did not want my session to end. Arnell is an excellent massage therapist. I highly recommend her. I love Woodhouse.

Amazing facial at Woodhouse Day Spa. Your relaxing experience starts in the lounge where you enjoy the beverage of your choice(hot tea, mimosa or wine), the softly lit room is the perfect place to unwind with a heated neck pillow in anticipation of whichever service you booked. The facials are more than just a facial- you'll get a neck, shoulder and hand massage. Totally relaxing experience. Highly recommend. My skin has never felt better. Also, received a gift of a weeks supply of retinol(full sized product). Really nice surprise!
