Came today for a treatment…. it was a great experience. I would definitely come back. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Relaxation was very nice. Was delightful. This snack they provided were good in the glass of Prosecco was even better. Have a great time.

What a beautiful and relaxing experience. I went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and Monday is a great day to go. We had the place mostly to ourselves. My massage with Justin was incredible. We utilized the saunas and the warm mineral pool and had lunch at the rooftop bar. It was pricey but the amenities were enjoyable.

I spent a wonderfully relaxing afternoon at this beautiful spa and couldn't have been more impressed. The massage I received from therapist Fred was truly outstanding – easily one of the best I've ever experienced. Beyond the excellent massage services, the spa facilities are top-notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the steam room, sauna, and mineral pool. The spa also provides multiple quiet areas where you can relax. Even the spa boutique was great- cute swim sets, bags and jewelry that were well priced. The combination of a skilled therapist, excellent amenities, and peaceful ambiance made for a very relaxing afternoon. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be a special experience. My recent visit to the spa was nothing short of incredible, setting a new standard for relaxation and care. The highlight, without a doubt, was my therapist, Leslie. She possesses a rare gift. From the very first touch, it was clear she is a master of her craft. Leslie has an amazing, intuitive technique that perfectly balanced therapeutic pressure with sheer tranquility. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely relaxed and comfortable, tailoring the session to my needs. This was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had. You can instantly tell she is an expert with deep experience in the industry. The spa itself provided the perfect sanctuary. Impeccably clean and serene, it was clear that thoughtfulness was woven into every detail. The amenities were luxurious and considerate, creating an environment where I could fully unwind even before and after my treatment. Every member of the staff contributed to this flawless experience. They were uniformly kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on guest comfort. I left feeling rejuvenated in both body and spirit. I am already counting down the days until I can return. Thank you for a perfect spa day! Highly, highly recommended.

I purchased the 80 minute massage. Cara was wonderful and the whole spa experience was most enjoyable, from beginning to end. Very friendly staff and beautiful surrounding. Pricey, but it was a special treat.

BEWARE!! The listed price for a 50 minutes massage is listed as $185. However, upon their discretion, they can charge whatever they want to "apparently" according to demand! Which is very new to me... so they were going to charge me a base price of $252 without a single enhancement... just the "decided" base price for today EVEN though they had openings!! WOW! This is new and seems very very deceitful. So disappointing as I was very much looking forward to visiting this facility and beginning a long time spa relationship at the Spa JW.

The spa at the JW Marriot Tampa is one of my favorites in the Tampa Bay Area. It’s easy to spend the entire day there relaxing. They have a dry sauna, steam sauna, hot tub, these amazing lounge pods, coloring books, multiple sitting areas, showers, and more. Everything is extremely clean. My massage was amazing. The therapist, Carmen, was absolutely the best. It was one of the best massage experiences. This is such a great way to spend a day relaxing.
