Salt Room Citrus Park

I won a giveaway for one free session in the children's salt room for my 18 month old and we loved it. There are so many things to do while you're in there so it makes the time go by quick! Be prepared to be covered in residue but it's beneficial for both you and your little one. The receptionist was very kind during the entire experience. I love that you're encouraged to bring your little ones here when they're unwell and that their playroom gives them enough things to do that they can still get their wiggles out without getting others sick. I would definitely pay for this service again and do believe it's reasonably priced for their benefits you receive.

This place is great! The check in staff were super friendly, warm & smiling. They made me feel very welcome & comfy! They even offered complimentary bottled water! I had a private session which I loved, very relaxing environment. I can’t wait til my next session. I’ve wanted to try salt therapy for several years now. Nice location just a lil far out drive for me.

Lots of fun things to do in the Children's room at the Salt Room and Sauna in Tampa. Great for the kids especially this time of year when we have lots colds, allergies, and respiratory issues around. No school today, but some sniffles and sneezing to deal with, and this place is great for that. We've come here for sinus, congestion and occasionally skin issues and it helps to give our son some relief. I personally think it helps him get over his congestion faster. Whatever it is, he always has fun here. Friendly staff, relaxing ambiance, and they have adult spa amenities too.

From the moment we walked in, the environment felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The space was thoughtfully set up with toys, books, and soft lighting to help kids feel comfortable and relaxed. My child has mild seasonal allergies, and after just a few sessions, we noticed a big improvement in his breathing and congestion. The salt therapy sessions are gentle and natural, and my child actually looks forward to going each time! It's rare to find something that's both beneficial and enjoyable for kids, but this really checks both boxes. The staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain how salt therapy works and answering any questions we had. I highly recommend this place to any parents looking for a holistic way to support their child’s respiratory health and overall well-being. We’ll definitely be back!

I have seen a positive improvement in my congestion and allergy symptoms in just 2 visits. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend! I also brought my son to the kids room for his allergies and he had a great time playing while reaping the benefits of the salt.
