7 Nails Spa Bakersfield

I walk and there is no other customers there so I was seated to get a pedicure instantly. The girl doing my toes seemed pretty young and it took her about 2 and a half hours to file my nails and remove acrylic from on my big toes. Eventually she had enough and someone else took over for her. It took about another hour and so for her to finish them. In total about 4 hours to do my pedicure. All I asked for was one solid color gel and to remove acrylic from two toes.

To say this place is horrible is an understatement… I just paid $105 even though they knew I left completely unsatisfied. To start off I specifically requested the deluxe pedicure with gel which is $55 because it includes a 10 minute massage the guy did not massage my feet for more than three minutes And left all of my nails completely uneven. I got a fill which I should’ve never even came here for honestly, I go to a different nail tech, but since I was already here getting a pedicure and he offered to fill them I figured I might as well get it done and that was my biggest regret. My nails are horrible. It looks like I have eagle claws on my nails the acrylic is so uneven in all parts goes from thick to thin. The paint job is disgusting when I told the guy at the front he said I could come back and he would redo them free of charge. I told him I just want to get them removed. I don’t want to get my nails done here and he said I have to pay $20 for them to take them off. Save your time and money… This place used to be called idol nails And they had terrible reviews and then the name got changed not sure if that’s the reason so they could hide the reviews, but I would absolutely never recommend coming here.

I’ve been going to Liz for years and I don’t trust anyone else doing my nails. She is amazing!!! if you want somebody that has Many years of experience and specializes in art 10 /10 recommend . 🙌🏻She even does my daughters nails( little gril) .

The worst nail shop i have been to here. I chose to go last minute to this shop and i regret. I paid way too much money for sloppy work. Just really really sloppy work. I had to stay extra because the first lady messed up my nails while rushing to do it and just kept on pretending like she did not see how sloppy the paint was. Then another lady did it a-little better but still sloppy. My toes are sloppy. Just really poor work and i will not be going back to this shop nor do i recommend it if you want good quality nail and toes paint. Better off going to another nail shop like i will do. New Update: in less than a week it just got worse. Worst service ever no lie. Very disappointed especially because they charge so much for really horrible service. In 2 days the polish started just falling off. And these were suppose to be my vacation nails out of the country. Looked so ugly the whole time on vacation

They don’t give what you ask for. I walked in to an old man snoring and they had to wake him up to do my nails, then I tell him I want French tips with a bow design on my middle nail and I only received French tips, I also told him coffin style and he gave me square. It can’t be a language barrier, the word "coffin not square" is simple English. Also so many flies inside it’s disgusting. False advertisement on nail designs.

First time getting my nails done after having my son and a long search of finding a good nail salon after years of living in Bakersfield and I am very satisfied. Little did I know, while I’ve been driving all over town, this little salon was right here in one of my favorite shopping centers the whole time! Mike did a great job on my nails and was very gentle/is one of the only technicians I’ve ever had not hurt my fingers AND do a good job with shaping+details. Will definitely be coming back for more services next time 😊

I got my nails done somewhere else and came here to have them removed. I expected a soak off but the "technician" took a plastic nail tip, wedged it between my natural nails and the acrylics and pried them off. Welp, I could have done this myself at home. Then when I asked how much I owed, the guy said $50! Since English isn’t his first language, I thought maybe he said $15, so I asked: five cero? And he nodded yes. Outrageous. I tried to pay using my card, but I was told they only take cash even though the card reader was right there on the counter. I’m pretty sure the guy just wanted to pocket the money. I didn’t have any cash on me but luckily my husband was there. When I asked if he had any cash, the guy overheard and said the total was $15, then clarified "one five". He was obviously going to charge me $50 until my husband stepped in and opened his wallet. Overall, I had a bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this place.
