Waikiki Resort Spa

I called to book an appointment over the phone and confirmed the price before my booking. I was greeted by the massage therapist and proceeded to get my 1hr massage service. It was ok, not what I expected when I asked for Swedish as it was a mix of Thai massage. At check out, I again confirmed the service price and was told about tax (expected), but never about a service charge. The total was 32% more than what I was told. When I asked why it was higher, I was told about the service charge for the first time. I can totally understand a "spa" having a service charge when properly disclosed.

I loved my full body massage. The ladies were very friendly and made the whole experience that much better. Very relaxing and soothing. Massage was perfect and at the end even got some tea and a little dessert treat. Will definitely come back again 🙂

Im a muscle bound dude and wasn't sure the petite gal would be strong enough, but Ahn gave me the best massage of my life. Seriously professional and very thorough. I will repeat: Best massage of my life. I feel so good now. Thank you Waikiki Resort Spa.

My body was feeling very tight and uncomfortable so I booked in for an hour with Tammy. She quickly made it her mission to find all my knots and soreness. I asked for firm pressure and really feel like this massage helped me. I will be going back asap! I've tried quite a few spas in waikiki. The first time I went it was really good but the second time I went I had a few requests like not to squeeze my head but she didn't listen to me. I guess it's good to try things twice...my second experience wasn't very good. Oh well

This was a great place to get a couple’s massage! It was small, but clean. I would definitely recommend to others. Plus, the price was far better than anywhere else.
