Tranquility is the best in the area! I enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Jeanne. I will definitely return again and again. Good job! I highly recommend this location and friendly staff. For years now I always get the same upscale treatment.

I used to go this place every month but it’s been awhile so I returned this weekend: The prices have almost doubled on all massages- so I expected better service. Unfortunately, the atmosphere has changed-and not for the better. The space no longer feels welcoming or relaxing. The front desk is so high and closed-off that you can't even tell if anyone is there, and the staff member on duty looked more like they were dressed for a slumber party than a professional setting. First impressions matter, and this one missed the mark. **One of the biggest disappointments was the waiting area. What used to be a quiet, phone-free space to decompress before a session has turned into chaos-loud conversations, FaceTime calls with children, phones ringing, and multiple people chatting nonstop. My massage room was right off this area, so the noise carried straight into my session. While the massage itself was great, it was impossible to fully relax when I could clearly hear people discussing errands, grocery lists, and talking on phone throughout the entire treatment. The bathrooms could also use a deep clean. The area feels dated, rusty garbage can, dirty sink, and I can’t get past the loud conversations/ facetime with children in the "quiet" area. I liked the massage but could not relax with all the noise.I doubt I’ll ever return, which is sad because I prefer to support local businesses.

My friend and I booked last-minute massages here because the reviews were good and they had good availability, but overall the massages were just ok, so we probably wouldn’t return. To go more in-depth we added a $30 scalp massage, which ended up being about 5 minutes total and seemed to come out of our regular massage time. It also felt more like our hair was getting tangled than our scalps actually being massaged. So it felt like a waste of money. Another off moment was when my friend’s masseuse told her that if she wanted more pressure it would be an up charge from our "relaxation" massage to the "therapeutic" one. I think we were charged for the deep tissue one in the end, it’s unclear. I’ve never heard that reason before, though I will say my own masseuse did give good pressure. Not a terrible experience, but a few things felt off, so I wouldn’t recommend.

I got a manicure and a facial. The manicure was fantastic. The technician paid close attention to detail, ensuring a perfect shape and flawless application of my chosen polish. The spa maintained high hygiene standards, which I always appreciate, and the a relaxing hand massage left my hands feeling soft and rejuvenated. The facial was great, the products used were luxurious and high-quality, and each step of the process—from the gentle cleansing to the revitalizing mask—felt incredibly pampering. The calming atmosphere of the treatment room enhanced the relaxation, and I left feeling refreshed.

They state they’re a SPA yet we arrived 15 min early as requested. Sat in waiting area for the entire 15 min never offered to change into robe or put clothes in locker. Masseuse arrived at the top of the hour and we went to room where I undressed.?? They finally provided me a robe and sandals AFTER the massage and I had to carry all my clothes to the locker room to shower and change. VERY strange. Did I even get a full 5 minute massage?

I have had many massages in my life and I can confidently say, not one of them compares to the deep tissue service I received from Risa at Tranquility. I can’t recommend her enough, and trust me— you will want the full 80 minutes, the scalp add on and then some! I’m excited to have found a masseuse and spa to return to regularly and am counting down the days until I come back ❤️

Sooo Amazing! Carolyn fixed my shoulder!! You want deep tissue she’s amazing !! Plus it is a beautiful establishment. Everyone there were so kind and loving. I’m from out of town so I was a little hesitant. I Guess you could say. They exceed every expectation I’ve ever had!! I can’t wait to come back
