Overall, it was a so-so experience for my first time there. The pros were that they were very friendly and attentive. The cons were I asked if they did Swedish massage and they said yes, however it was definitely Thai. I like Thai massages here and there, but wasn't looking for it this time. Also, during the massage her cell phone went off about 3 times which was a little annoying. Lastly, was paying before the massage, then having to pay after for tip... I guess they've had ppl probably just walk out or refuse to pay after service (unfortunate).

We’ve been coming to Soul Spa since it first opened, 15 years ago and it’s still our favorite! They’re so accommodating — often able to take same-day appointments when available — and every massage is amazing. The therapists are skilled, consistent, and really listen to what your body needs. They go deep when you need it, focus on areas of pain, and even incorporate stretching. I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and pain-free. Truly a wonderful team — highly recommend!

Every time I come here, I leave feeling very relaxed after getting a full body massage. Susan uses really good pressure and works well on the tight spots which leaves me feeling brand new.

Most amazing massage ever!!! Close to my house and price is right! Fixed my back from postpartum co sleeping with my baby in awkward uncomfortable positions. Coming back twice a month!

The quality massage for the amount of time you get here is a value deal! I highly recommend this spot, it's a hidden gem!!!

Sophia was fantastic. Although there are some of the usual marks of a low staffed business, the service left me very satisfied. She made sure to hammer down all my sore points, was very inquisitive about my needs, and did not let up the entire session. The corporate places like massage envy, bodycentre, and others are getting expensive and are often hit or miss, but here for 60 an hour (deep tissue), Soul Spa really does provide a solid massage. They are also very friendly. I will be returning soon.

Came on Friday afternoon without an appointment. Happy they were able to take me. Clean place. Very polite. Lily was FANTASTIC! She listened to my complaints and then let her fingers to the walking for 75 minutes. I asked for deep tissue and she certainly obliged. One of the best massages I've had in a while. I've had back and neck fusion surgeries and she knew how to work around all the hardware. I don't live in the area, but I would certainly consider driving out occasionally just to get a massage here. Highly recommended.
