Sound Stone Massage Spa

I always look forward to my spa days on my vacations. I experienced the stone massage and highly recommend therapist Thomas. He is experienced, professional & talented. The entire staff were friendly & made us feel comfortable. They cover all your senses from touch, smell, hear & site. They provided an eye mask, head phones with calming sleep noise & soothing sounds. What a relaxing & wonderful experience! We highly recommend this spa, you won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and the scent in the air was incredible. The place smelled so fresh and calming, it felt like I was already starting to relax before the massage even began. The staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. Ema was skilled and intuitive, with just the right pressure and rhythm, making it one of the greatest relaxing experiences. Every detail, from the calming music to the cozy massage bed, was thoughtfully done. I walked out feeling like a new person, relaxed, recharged, and so grateful for the experience. If you are looking to truly unwind and be taken care of, this place is it. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

I booked a massage and facial with Mia for some needed self-care and she did an amazing job! My skin looked really healthy and glowing for days after! She also really helped with the stress and tension in my neck and upper back. I would highly recommend Mia!!

I have now been to Sound Stone twice and it is fantastic! Both times I have received the "Be Stone 60 minute massage," and was highly impressed both times. I have had massages from Jessica and Amy. With this place, when they say a massage is one hour, you really get one hour of massage time! The headphones with New Age music, eye mask, and vibrating massage table really make the massage experience here absolutely amazing! Staff are friendly and willing to adjust the massage experience to your personal preferences. Pricing is reasonable, and includes aromatherapy oils. Definitely recommend this spa for your relaxation needs! Update: I have been coming to Sound Stone for a few years now and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with every staff member and therapist I've encountered. Haley is especially wonderful and does a great job with both massages and facials. Update #2: It's now 2024 and I've been coming here regularly (at least a few times a year) for 6+ years. Massages are always great and staff is always professional and courteous. Haley is my go-to therapist and I always recommend this place (and her in particular!) to friends and colleagues who are looking for somewhere to get a good-quality massage.

This was mind blowing. My boyfriend and I got the 90min Valentine’s Day couples massage and amazing is an understatement. First, their customer service was outstanding. Jackie was so amazing on the phone helping fit us into their busy schedule over Valentine’s Day weekend. And the staff is very kind and welcoming. The massage was amazing. Chelsey and Jen did such a good job. We never wanted it to end. I highly recommend this place!

We did the Valentine’s Day couples package. It was way more than I expected! We had Angie and another lady, both very skilled, attentive to our needs and felt very relaxed. That was our first time having a hot stone massage and we had a really nice experience. They gave up champagne brûlée once we got in our room, headphones with relaxing music during our massages, and also gave us a nice little give bag when we were leaving. All in all I give them 5/5! One of the best massages I ever had and will be returning.

I have horrible pain in my left shoulder. I wrote this on the paperwork in 3 different places. I also verbally told my therapist. It was not even touched during the massage at all. I was so excited to try this place, and it was a huge disappointment. The massage was just okay, but for the price, they didn't address my needs. As a result I have to call someone else today. Not the best money spent. The stones are nice, the headphones are nice, but if you aren't used to them, it might freak you out. Plus the therapist kept removing one to ask me how I was doing, which took away from the experience. The full body was nice, but I would have loved the whole time spent on my shoulder. I get they want to push the relaxation, but some people have certain areas that need more attention. The other thing was the oil he used was nice, but he kept rubbing my head with it, and kind of tousling my hair. I looked like a greasy headed monster by the time I left, my boyfriend asked me if my hair was wet. I wanted to try a facial next time, but the products they offer aren't the best. Good for 1 visit, other than that, I won't be back.
