Adrian was phenomenal. Great service and massage. She really makes you feel at ease. Definitely going to see her again.

Staff? They are very nice and helpful! BUT stay AWAY from getting a membership. It's a PAIN in the butt to cancel. My card was stolen & I got into a car wreck which led me to needing $$$ for car repairs! GUESS what, it's STILL taking me forever to cancel my membership because I LEGIT CANT afford it, not even the $20 option that they try to convince you to do instead! I'm tired of these circles. What a waste of time, it's not worth the membership, BEWARE. They DONT care about your stability, they just want your $$$ even if you’re bankrupt.

I work 10 hour shifts standing on my feet, lifting, and so forth. I came in tense, tight, and in pain. I was seen by MAYA🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 SHE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!!!! I received a 60 min deep tissue massage, which she incorporated light stretching. 😩I WILL BE BACK TO SEE HER! My breathing feels better, lighter in my feet, and feeling EXTREMELY RELAXED💆🏽‍♀️ THANKS AGAIN MAYA! #blessedhands

I updated to a five star review because I will say that the massage therapist (Michelle) is very good and I would highly recommend her. I moved back to five stars because Massage Envy heard me and others about the management of this location and took action. I received a message to contact this location and was very impressed with regional manager, Tyanna Smiley, who apologized, rectified and satisfied the situation quickly and professionally. The employees of this location are great and deserve model management.

I have been with Massage Envy since 2008. I love going, I have never had issues, and I think maybe once or twice in that time, I may have had a bad massage. Never had issues getting them resolved. There are so many different options with pressure and enhancements. I normally go to the Colerain or Deerfield location, but there are other locations for your convenience.

Would have totally been 5 stars, Drew’s massages was outstanding. However I arrived at 3:25, checked in and waited in eating area until 3:40. Then when she left me to undress another 10 minutes went by meaning it was almost 4:00 before the 90 minute message started and still stopped promptly at 5:00. Like I said the massage was great itself she did a wonderful job. Just felt a little cheated on time.

I've been going here for about 8 months now. Absolutely love it! When you get the time to know the staff, you will learn the ropes. Ask questions first. They will and do treat you like family. Dan is the best! Compassionate about his work. And gives one heck of a deep tissue massage. Will be going back. And highly recommend the yearly package. Unless you can pay cash in advance! That's even better.. Good job Dan for making me want to continue with my massage,s.
