My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary over Valentine’s weekend and were guests at the hotel. I really wanted to surprise her with a special treat — a relaxing spa day at Poseidon Spa. Initially, there was no availability for a couples massage, and since my wife was 27 weeks pregnant at the time, my priority was making sure she could at least enjoy a prenatal massage. I reached out to the spa team to see if there was any possibility of accommodating us together, even though they were fully booked. To my surprise and appreciation, when a cancellation opened up, they contacted me right away and were able to arrange a couples massage for us. That level of attentiveness truly meant a lot. We arrived on Valentine’s morning and were warmly welcomed. The massage therapists were exceptional — professional, attentive, and clearly skilled. My wife added a few enhancements to her prenatal massage, which she absolutely loved. We both left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. Our only regret is that we didn’t schedule a longer session! We each chose the 50-minute treatments (prenatal for her and the signature massage for me), and both were outstanding from start to finish. If you’re staying at the hotel or simply in the area, I highly recommend Poseidon Spa. Their service, communication, and overall experience made our anniversary celebration even more memorable.

My husband and I went here for a couples massage and scalp treatment. This was my first massage and the service was amazing, very professional, and a great atmosphere. The staff were incredible. We had Sheila and Kat as our masseuses. I would highly recommend them to anyone going there next!

My boyfriend booked me an surprise appointment for a 80 minute massage it was amazing. I went in an instantly felt relaxed, the front desk was welcoming and kind. My massage was one of the best massages I've ever had Alex is a true professional. I will definitely be back on the regular now.

My husband got me two gift certificates, one for a massage and one for a facial. I decided to do both on the same day. Arun the front office gentleman was kind and sweet. I enjoyed speaking with him. My massage by Marie was excellent. My husband had her before (Friday the week before) and he really liked her. They accommodated me for my pregnancy as well. It was an enjoyable and relaxing massage. After my massage I had my facial scheduled with Christina. She asked me concerns about my face to really target those areas. Products were pregnancy friendly as well. I chose not to do some of the products offered due to the holidays and gift giving. Christina did not pressure me at all. I think I even fell asleep during my facial. Overall a very relaxing experience. The facility is small but it has a cozy vibe. They offered me beverages and chocolates on numerous occasions. Exceptional customer service! Thank you!

My first time having a spa service, and the front desk manager, Arun, was terrific at explaining the services in length to my fiance and myself. My fiancé could not stop raving about her esthetician, Genevieve, and her skin feels so much more smooth and hydrated as she had the Vitamin C facial. I had the most relaxing and comfortable massage with JD, I wasn’t sure at first having a male therapist, but now, I will never prejudge based on gender as He was so professional and helped remove major pains I had in my upper and lower back. I will definitely revisit Poseidon Spa and book a hotel room at the Grand Bohemian in Downtown Orlando!

I have visited 10+ spas, so when I say I’ve had the best massage and facial I’ve ever had - I mean it! Absolutely fabulous service from Shiela and Iman. I’ve never felt so relaxed, so taken care of in my life. There are no spa facilities (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, or lounge area), but that did not impact my experience at all. I headed up to the roof top bar for an avocado wrap and a cocktail to finish the day and I could be more satisfied. Wish I could give more stars ⭐️

This spa is absolutely lovely! Hannah at the front desk made me feel like I was the only guest in the spa. Kat listened to my concerns and gave me the best massage I've ever had. I left feeling amazing! I will definitely be back!
