Orlando Wellness Spa

This is a nice, small, resort spa. Staff friendly. Sean gave a good massage. The robes are the best I've ever had at a spa. Men's locker room well appointmented. Eucalyptus spray in steam room was nice. I think they should have white towels... The towels they provide are grey. Also, men's locker room should have water. Overall nice experience and would return again.

Not the best spa in Orlando. The facilities are sub par and the amenities are almost "cheap". The therapists I had were friendly and good (massage and pedicure). I'm not sure I would make a special trip here considering the city has better options at lower prices.

The spa has been updated and with new management. The service we got was absolutely fantastic. You don't need to be a guest at the hotel to come here. New sleek decor, great steam room and fantastic therapists. Nicole at reception was extremely helpful and personable. My experience here was very enjoyable. Only complaint, no public wifi.

What an awful experience I am in so much pain from the message !!!!! Plus we were asked to pay tip based on original price not groupon price. Employee at front desk didn't know to take cash for tip !!! She didn't even know how to refund us after charging me three times. We were three friends and I had my card in file she won't let them pay cash !!! Say we can't leave until paying the tip !! Ended up charging my card without my permission saying well thought u were leaving I was on my phone with discover to dispute it. Other employee call us cheap from group on. Leave the spa or we call security because u are giving her hard time !!!!!!!!!!!!! We were speechless!! Oh and no manger on duty ! Get a call from the manger two days later so rude and ignorant!! Says I refunded u the money and u not welcome here and hung up !!!!!!!!! She didn't even care to listen !!!!!! Don't go waste of money and most horrible customer service I have ever encountered.

This spa just opened in July so I am not sure why there are reviews from a year ago on here. Privai Wellness And Spa at Renaissance Hotel SeaWorld has provided the best experience I've ever had at a spa. My massage was amazing and I came out of my service feeling like a while new person. My therapist took that extra time on the areas that have been bothering me the most. I will go back to Privai Wellness And Spa at Renaissance Hotel SeaWorld everytime I need a spa day.

We are staying at the Rennaissance Hotel Sea World gor a week and anyone who has gone on vacation knows how tense and tiring it can be. I have muscular dystrophy and psoriatic arthritis and ao muscle and joint pain are just the norms in my life. I looked online around 2pm and was able to book an appt for a Weary Traveler 50min massage at 8pm. The cost is a bit high at $150. But I cannot possibly be more happy with the cost for the service I recieved. My masseuse was Wakemah, and she was astounding. I always have bad low back.pain and I get massages every 2 weeks to help qith the overall pain. I always leave my regular massages in a bit of pain from the muscle manipulation but today, my pain was completely gone. I have never been so Wakemah took care to work out all my kinks and was such a pleasant lady! If she werent going on her own vacation after today, I would book with her a few more times before leaving on Saturday. If you ever need to get relaxed a little or a lot, go ask for Wakemah. You will not be dissapointed!

Used travel zoo voucher. Mediocre spa, not the most plush. Service was eh okay. At check out I was required or rather bullied to leave a gratuity based on full price when I paid half that for voucher. Isn't a tip optional and for me to decide the amount based on the service. The attendant at the desk made me feel pressured and guilty to leave what her thought was a fair amount. I would not go back or recommend
