Signal Sauna

If you're looking for a unique and restorative experience, Signal Sauna is a must-try. This pop-up Nordic sauna and cold plunge setup offers both guided sessions and open sessions, as well as options for private bookings and events. During a guided session, you'll be taken through three to four rounds of alternating between the cozy heat of their wood-fired barrel sauna and the invigorating chill of a cold plunge. The experience is elevated with elements of breathwork, meditation, and intentional conversation — all designed to help you fully drop in and tune into your body and mind. Prefer to go at your own pace? Their open sessions offer a "choose your own adventure" vibe. Flow between the fire and ice as you please, exploring your limits and listening to your body in real time. Turn down the noise, tune into your Signal, and fuel your fire. Signal Sauna was born from a desire to foster genuine connection, relieve stress, and create a space where we can explore our resilient edges. In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves and others, there’s truly nothing like contrast therapy to bring you back to the present moment. Destress. Reset. Recover. Experience the revitalizing benefits of contrast therapy — and feel more alive than ever.

This is one of the best hidden gems in Pittsburgh. The owner(Ryan) has crafted such a beautiful and welcoming space to everyone. He keeps the tubs/saunas clean, and the space magical. If you want to improve your health, and meet new friends, Signal Sauna is the place to be.

My favorite spot in the city. Ryan the owner has made a hidden little oasis. The community is really something special. No matter the time if year if you are interested in sauna or cold plunge Signal is the place to go.

Had a great time Sunday morning at Signal Sauna! I will definitely be back! Cold plunges and saunas were clean. Great community and fun to do in a real organic setting.

Really great place and good folks to sit and steam with.

This is such a wonderful spot to relax and rejuvenate. Good people. Two different saunas. One usually a bit hotter and the other more comfortable in temperature and seating style. 4 or 5 plunges. The area is set up nice and cozy. Ryan the host is super hospitable.you can’t beat the price. Across a few different cities this price point is pretty incredible. Great intro 3 sessions for 60 bucks. This is much more communal than the private infrared rooms. Not personally a fan of those and this is is much more my speed and affordability. Very impressed.

I had a fabulous time with our team here. I've done an ice bath once before, but I loved this setup even more. The space is also kept incredibly clean, and you can tell love was put into this business. Thanks for having us, and I'll definitely be back!
