I loved my experience at Amethyst Headspa! The treatment room was clean, relaxing and smelled divine! Shelley was wonderful and explained exactly what she would be doing before we got started since it was my first time! I can’t wait to go back.

This was the best birthday gift I ever gifted myself. Amethystheadspa experience was more than I expected. Shelley is very comforting, personable and made me feel very relaxed. If you have natural hair don't fret she got you. Truly a great experience if you're into self care treat yourself you won't be sorry.

I searched for a headspa in the Greensboro area and came across Amethyst. I wasn't sure what to expect having never been before. Shelly really went above and beyond explaining the process and making sure I was comfortable. The entire experience was like a luxurious hair wash mixed with a scalp, neck, shoulders, and arm massage. I was so relaxed when I finished that I decided I needed to shop in the adorable boho Christian boutique to wake my mind up before driving, I couldn't think! Can't wait to refer my friends.

I had the most incredible experience yesterday at the Headspa with Shelley, and it was worth every penny. I work seven days a week running our company in the hospitality industry, and it takes a lot for me to truly unwind and disconnect. This treatment did exactly that. I splurged on the Diamond Duo Headspa/Relaxation Station package, and I’m so glad I did. The headspa treatment was relaxing, professional, and so calming that I could have easily rolled over afterward and napped the day away. From there, I moved to the Relaxation Station, where I finished my experience in the zero-gravity massage chair. I wrapped my neck and eyes in the heated wrap and eye mask, listened to the soft sounds from the sound machine, and felt like I could have stayed there the entire day. By the time I left, I felt completely recharged and ready to take on the world again. If you’re looking for a way to unwind and relax, this is it.

I finally got to experience Amethyst Head Spa in the Adams Farm area of Greensboro — and wow, what an incredible birthday gift! From the moment I walked in, it felt peaceful, luxurious, and completely relaxing. The scalp massage, the aromatherapy, the sound of the water… everything was pure heaven. If you’ve never tried a head spa, this is your sign! I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and totally pampered. Truly the most thoughtful gift — and one I’ll never forget. Support local.

What an amazing experience with Shelley! It was one of the best relaxing services I have ever had. The room was peaceful and tranquil.
