Head 2 Toe Massage and Facial Spa

Omg. I go see Rachel for my Hydrafacials and today I tried a headspa for the first time. It was amazing! She was so gentle and attentive, always checking in to see how I feel. She even braided my hair for me at the end!! The spa is beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend this spa.

Oh my gawd I cannot believe I have lived here all this time and just now learning about this place. I am so grateful I came and got exactly what I needed two days in a row! Wow! Los and Tamara were awesome with so much knowledge and experience. I not only feel great but I see myself clearer now. What a great calming place. They keep it sweet simple and straight to the service. I highly recommend to get services here.

Phoenix was amazing! From her soft tone and gentle touch…. She worked multiple knots out of my shoulders and explained when needed. I could not recommend a better person for your massage!

5 stars for Phoenix at Head 2 Toe! I first met her when I called to schedule a prenatal massage and she quickly made a loyal customer out of me! She is kind, has a gentle and caring voice, and does great work. I can't wait to come back!

Average at best. Scheduled a couples massage, asked specifically for someone strong for my husband. Instead he ended up with someone, possibly on their first day. No pressure, spilled oil all over him, no rhyme or reason to what she was doing. He almost just told her to stop halfway through and let me finish my massage. I requested an add on aromatherapy with scalp massage. No peppermint was smelled and it was more like a hair pulling than a massage. I specifically said I wanted relaxation, and instead I’m bald. Disappointed! You guys were recommended by friends, but we won’t be back.

This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had! I came in for shoulder and back tightness that gives me migraines and Muffin did an amazing job! I left the shop feeling immediately 10x better. I had a deep tissue and if that’s what you’re looking for, request Muffin!! She was so sweet and so good at her job. 10/10 recommend 🙂

I had the absolute worst experience. I have received massages since I was 15 years old and I have never had a massage this bad and unprofessional. There are so many things I can say but I'm going to make it short do not waste your money. I booked a massage for me and my husband they had a spring special of aromatherapy scalp massage and $30 gift card so I told my husband we would try a new place. We got there early filled out our paperwork on the tablet the ladies took us back within 20 minutes of our massage after my massage therapist told me she didn't even want to be there today and she almost called in because her kids are sick and she is as well. I was like okay your hands were all over my body but I stayed calm as she continued to tell me they were going to have to skip over parts of both of our massages because of timing issues and their next clients. Excuse me what? And I still had to pay full price we paid $123 a piece for maybe a 35 minute massage that sucked! have sensitive skin I told her about it I wrote it in on my paperwork. I saw the oils they were using it's not the fancy stuff they're advertising it's from Whole Foods seriously. There's nothing wrong with oils from Whole Foods but if I am paying that much for a massage I would hope you know good oils and you use good oils. Common Sense tells you you can't get that from a grocery store. On top of that there was no aromatherapy at all which was one of the biggest reasons I booked a massage here. she tried to blame it on the receptionist when I called BS on that she told me she would cut into her cleaning time but she did not do that and we never got the other half of our massage and I cannot get the owner to reach out to me. Anytime I try to call an employee answers, Snickers and tells me they're in meetings all day and we'll get to me when they can. I'm sorry I don't take 200 and some dollars litely for services I didn't even receive it was so unprofessional. One of the other most important things I would like to point out is that when you get done you get a survey sent to you that goes to their website. Well I guess because I asked for a manager's phone number I was blocked from doing the review they sent me. So please do not believe the reviews on their sites they are set up obviously they get to pick and choose what they want to put on there.
