I’ve been seeing Martin at Hiatus Spa for years and can’t imagine going to anyone else. He’s incredibly intuitive and adjusts each massage based on what your body actually needs that day. Over the years, he’s helped me with everything from lymphatic massage after surgeries to deeper, targeted work during high-stress, busy seasons at work — every session feels thoughtful and intentional. I also really appreciate that he offers practical, judgment-free tips you can actually use at home to keep feeling better between massages. I’ve had massages elsewhere, but I always rearrange my schedule to book with Martin because he’s that good. If you’re looking for a massage therapist who is highly skilled, attentive, and truly invested in your well-being, I can’t recommend booking with him enough!

Brittany at Hiatus Day Spa in Plano is fantastic. I usually get the Epic Mani, and she makes it incredibly relaxing every time. Her work is consistently solid, detailed, and easy to trust. I leave feeling refreshed and taken care of, and she’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend her!

Jadyn at Hiatus Med Spa is truly the best injector around. She always listens to exactly what I want, delivers the most natural results, and never overdoes it. I trust her completely with my face. On top of that, she’s so sweet, calming, and makes every appointment such a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who understands subtle, beautiful results, Jadyn is your girl

This place is a really solid med spot, but I would say they don’t offer any of that super fancy treatments. I usually just go here for a massage and get a really solid deep tissue massage every time I come. My only complaint is it quite a drive from us so I don’t get out here as often as I like. That means that I still have a monthly membership which I use as much as I can. My wife comes here for a lot more treatments and really likes it, which is why we’ve kept her Membership despite being so far away.

I’ve been a Hiatus member for a while and have always had great experiences here — the staff is consistently kind and professional, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The space is dimly lit, quiet, and filled with thoughtful touches like tea and infused water in the lounge. The membership is such a great deal — $89/month for a monthly service — and I usually save up my credits for a long spa day every 2–3 months. I always include the body wrap (my absolute favorite!) and a massage, and then alternate my third service depending on my mood and credits. Today, I felt compelled to leave a review because my experience was exceptional. Huge shoutout to Melissa Huber and Shilpa Bhosale — both were phenomenal. Melissa’s massage and body wrap were pure bliss — she had the perfect firm pressure, was incredibly thorough, and made the wrap experience divine. Shilpa customized my facial perfectly to what my skin needed, and the glow I have right now is unreal. Both of these ladies elevated my experience so much that I’ll be booking specifically with them going forward instead of selecting "first available." Thank you both (and Hiatus!) for an amazing, rejuvenating day.

I love Hiatus. I have been coming to the Plano location for several years. I was there yesterday for a massage with Paul (10/10 recommend him! He’s an amazing massage therapist). When I first arrived there was a woman in the lobby being very unkind to the women working the front about the state of the dressing room area. When I went back to change, I did notice a few things that I wanted to bring to your attention. It felt like there wasn’t someone attending the spa yesterday. Towels and robes were piled up, there was no shampoo or conditioner in one of the showers and a broken body wash in the other shower and the shower drains were dirty. I also noticed that there was no tea in the waiting area before or after my massage. These are small things, of course, and my actual massage and interactions with the staff were lovely and professional, but it did change the overall feeling of the experience for me. I still think the woman from earlier was over reacting and could have been way kinder, but for the amount people pay for services, I can see how expectations are high. I think more than anything, it left me feeling like the Plano location isn’t being cared for in the way the other newer locations are being cared for. That’s a shame because the Plano location is my favorite. With appreciation, I thank you for your attention to these matters

Jaden was the best botox experience I have ever had. She was very educational and knowledge on her advice and listened to my concerns. She was so sweet and I have never been happier with my results. Will definitely be returning again soon! Very cute spa as well!
