Always a nice place to stay. The staff is exceptional. When we checked in Marie was awesome. I made a mistake online booking the wrong Property. Marie helped me re-book and got us checked in. I am so grateful for her assistance and so thankful. She was amazing. We enjoyed our stay stay!

I was charged twice! I’ve used the Agoda booking app before with no issues. I had already paid for the rooms through Agoda and once we arrived I got charged again at the hotel even though I had told them I already paid online for 2 rooms and they could see the rooms were paid for! I have receipts and have sent everything to Agoda and have not heard back from the hotel or Agoda! We will not be staying at this hotel again.

I noticed on my first morning after check in that my peephole had been taped open. I called down to the front desk when I got back that night as I was running out the door, having been gone handling commitments all day. I was told no one could come up to fix it then so my options were to pack up my entire room at 9 at night and re-locate to another room and resettle or just kind deal with it. ||||Having had a 22 hour travel day the day before and a full day that day, I did not have it in me to move. I was told someone "may" be able to fix it the next day. I mistakingly took that as it would be handled the next day. I had to leave early the next morning and was gone until very late that night, again prior commitments, but had removed the do not disturb hang tag to allow for the peephole to be fixed and privacy to be restored. ||||When I returned to my room, my room had been cleaned, so I knew at least housekeeping was there, but the peephole was still taped open and I remained unable to remove the nano-type(?) myself. ||||Overall, I felt my privacy invaded and fairly unsafe given that I am a solo traveling woman. My stay was unrestful and stressful. Truly everything g else would have been fine, but the privacy, security, and safety concerns are too extreme to allow for the others to come into consideration at all.

Great service from the worker at the front desk, clean room, other guests were quiet. This was a great place to start my trip to Rocky Mountain NP, especially since I booked a room facing the west. Would stay here again!

Clean. Friendly Staff. Nice Lobby. Good bed. So-so breakfast. Good sausage and had waffles and hard boiled eggs and yogurt etc. No bacon or scrambled eggs.

We stayed here four nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were not the best, bring your own. The breakfast was typical for a low end motel breakfast, very carb heavy. The bedside lamp and the overhead lamp never did work. Most staff were very friendly, one was quite "curt". I asked about breakfast and she told me to read the paper in the key folder. Well ok.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The cheap two dollar plastic shower handle was apparently holding on by a thread and fell off as I tried to lift it. I immediately notified the front desk and they informed me it was nothing to worry about. The next day my girlfriend gets billed $250 claiming damage to the room. We both called back separately and tried to politely explain the situation. We were BOTH spoken to by horrible and rude employees who BOTH hung up on us. This is fraud
