Enso Sauna Jersey City

Had a second wonderful visit recently for contrast therapy. The establishment is always clean and fresh, but still cozy - not sterile. The infrared saunas are pretty neat - you can connect your Bluetooth to play meditation or ambient music, or whatever you please. The cold plunge seemed colder this time than our first visit, which we enjoyed! The cold eucalyptus towel in the fridge is such a beautiful touch and really elevates the experience. Overall we love it here! Only comment would be that the saunas don’t have stripping all the way around the whole door so we don’t think they can reach max temp; we’ve only ever seen max of 154, when they’re meant to get up to 167. Will ask about it next time we go!

Thrilled with my experience at this sauna studio! Yani was super helpful and kind. I tried the high-tech massage chair for 20 min and felt my muscles relax during the session. Then I went for the infrared sauna - wow! - loved it. It got hot, but in a good way. I was given a bathrobe, a hand towel, a bath towel and a pair of slides. Everything was of great quality. In the sauna room, there a tiny fridge with a cold face towel and small bottle of water. I had access to a private shower after the sauna. The whole place was well kept, clean, and cute. I highly recommend it and I can't wait to go back!

Had my 2nd Infrared Suana treatment today. Absolutely hook onto it. ! My body feels so refreshed & relaxed. They also had water for u to drink & a cool , eucalyptus face cloth after your session. They provided, bathrobes, towels, ph charges in your private room.There is an iPad on the wall for music or to watch something. Collin, once again made sure my session was relaxing, peaceful. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you, Collin for helping make the space into a place of what I needed. Will be back 🙂 Kathy

Really lovely! The staff were very sweet, the sauna room was beautiful with amenities like towels, a robe, slippers, water bottles, essential oil cold towel in a tiny fridge and water bottles. The sauna was nice and hot! Loved it!

Really lovely place. Staff was super helpful and friendly, even when arriving an hour before closing. The private room is spacious. Inside the sauna, I was able to connect to their wifi and Bluetooth. I had nice tunes while reading drenched in sweat. Oh, and it's affordable. Great place for after workouts. I will be returning.

love this place! a great addition to the heights! friendly staff. Amazing rooms. Has the things you need - water, cold towel, showers, and access to videos and music while you decompress!

I love this place! The sauna is relaxing and the staff is welcoming. I can't wait to try the cold plunge and red light therapy. Highly recommend!
