Entourage Vegas Spa and Health Club

The staff guys were really nice. They get all the stars. However, the facilities are gross. Broken showers, no steam in the "steam room," pool closed, jacuzzi closed… the best part of the experience was the staff, but that’s not the reason I went there. I definitely will not be back unless I hear that they’ve done some major renovations.

Went here on a Wednesday evening and it was my first time from out of town going. I probably won't be returning to this location in the future in particular though. The clerk was very condescending and rude after walking in, as if I was interrupting him in the middle of doing something as he's siting over there on his phone before noticing I was waiting at the front window. Pool was closed and one of the sauna was out of order. Rooms were much smaller than expected and everything else seemed to be overly due for some seriously deep renovations. I think the only thing that really ruined my experience was the clerk right in the beginning as I got there with his nasty and snarky attitude and comments. This place is a no-go for me unless it gets some serious updates and probably someone who can actually be friendlier, helpful and more genuine and down to earth that's being the face of the business. I had my expectations way too high for this place - after hearing it from others and their experiences. I left pretty disappointed and very much unwelcome here because of that one particular worker. I'll need to take my business elsewhere that's more welcoming and inclusive.

The place is old and a little fun down but I had a very good time. The one bad part was the music. Hip hop, hip hop, and more hip hop. Some people like hip hop but please put a little variety in there. The music playing should be for the enjoyment of the customer, not the staff, which was obviously what was happening here last night. I ended up spending time in areas where there was no music because the repetitive hip hop after hip hop after hip hop was annoying after a couple hours.

Horrible place. 60 dollars on Sunday!!! a small mattress with no sheets. The room is maybe 1 inch bigger than normal room (40 usd) Looks like under construction place. No swimming pool or something like that. Extremely dissapoonted! Dont even try this place!!! It’s the biggest rip off ever. And no lockers for clothes!!!

This place needs a locals night. I miss it. I also miss the pool. That's been closed for a long time. They need a life guard and won't pay for one. They should have a foam party. There is no business anymore on Wednesday. That is the only day I can go and now nobody is there. I like the staff. The customers are okay if there is any. Please return your Wednesday special. Or have a over some kind of deal. Until you do I'll be going to Adonis

All the workers are very nice people, but the facility is horrible. There is no steam room, no jacuzzi, no pool, and the floor was dirty and smelly extremely outdated.

06/10/2022 1am - Came here expecting for all their amenities to be in working condition but I was wrong…we paid for a room for 4.5hrs $35 which used to be 8hrs, they never told us the pool and jacuzzi were closed (don’t work), then on top of that they have the nerve to talk about a "tip" (colored young male) like fr?????!!!!! We get into room 37 and it smells like cigarettes, and the bed frame doesn’t look sturdy at all, it’s like a non certified handy man did this type of job!!! Hella irritated at this point….I rather be at hawks at this point!!!!
