Renaissance European Spa

This is a great place to get a massage whether you are looking for some therapeutic help or simply need to relax. They were quite accommodating and very professional all the way around. The ladies that work here know what they are doing. My wife and I did a couple massage and it was a fantastic experience. They have set up this location very well. It’s well decorated, clean, and cozy. They offered us all of the amenities and tasty water. I would definitely come here again for my massage needs in Lubbock.

I got the hydrafacial because I’ve been wanting one for a while now to help clean out my pores. I don’t weekly/two times a week black head removal face peels to try to keep my face clear. As well as facials at home and skin hydration. I’m disappointed because it was over $200 for this service and a week later my face is already pulling out a good amount of white heads from the black head removal peels. The white specs on the peels are all white heads, it is hard to see but it would not let me post the videos so you can really see the white heads! I honestly thought it would last longer considering the price!

We had the best Valentine’s couples massage at Renaissance European Spa! From the moment we walked in, everything was peaceful and welcoming. Both massage therapists were amazing skilled, kind, and made the entire experience so relaxing. It was exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be back for more sessions!

The massage was a wonderful surprise. I have some difficult neck problems. I was honestly hoping to be able to relax some. WOW my neck is so happy. I have never been so relaxed. The facial was also great and relaxing. I highly recommend!!

Each service I have tried here has been amazing! It genuinely seems like the providers do care to create a relaxing atmosphere and experience for their clients. If you’re looking to treat yourself or a loved one to a spa day, this is the place! 😌

I booked a microderm facial with Ms. Carlie and I am absolutely satisfied with my experience. Professional, thorough, kind, paid attention to detail, took her time, dressed and looked very professional - just an overall relaxing and wonderful experience. I love this spa and have gone to them over the last decade and I am always leaving happy, not matter how long it’s been since my last visit. Owners are absolutely engaged with their business. I have had several massages here, and every time I leave so refreshed and relaxed! From the calm atmosphere to the inviting staff, I never leave disappointed. I have especially loved the Swedish with Renee and pregnancy massage by Sandi. I also love how this spa is more affordable than other places here in Lubbock. I would love to visit this spa more often!!
