JCPenney Salon

I had been getting my haircut here with a girl that no longer works with JCP. A few weeks ago I returned and accepted to be attended by any of the girls. It was awful, I am not going back. They could not give me a long layers cut. They cut all the length, uneven and to the shortest layer . I love the store, but this was a very bad experience with the salon.

Ms. Brenda Zamora did a beautiful job! I hadn't had my hair professionally done in years. She put my hair back to its natural color (after I mucked it up a few months ago) and added partial highlights. She then styled it. Very happy.

Worst place ever, made an appointment w a salon lady who mentioned (appts were priority). Day of the appointment, no one checks you in, no one in front desk, long wait upfront, and then I get helped 10 minutes later & then the salon lady leaves without knowing she has other appointments (which she booked). Very unprofessional! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save your time & money!

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I went to get my hair cut just to get long layers. I HAD long hair and my longest layer reached my butt and I specifically said not to cut ANY length and that i wanted my hair cut in a "v" cut. She agreed and referenced "long layers". I ended up with short hair and up to my shoulders!!!! And no sign of a "v" cut. Instead there weird chops everywhere. I’m so mad I wish they would just refund my money but that would be no help since the damage is already done. I really hope they see this and learn from this so this doesn’t happen to any other girl out there. I guess she though it’ll be okay to chop off all hair with any sign of "damage" but let me reiterate that I had said to not cut ANY length. I’ve been growing my hair out for a long time so I can get this specific hair cut. My hair means so much to me and I regret coming to this place so much. Thanks a lot for ruining my hair. If you see this I want my money back and hair extensions.

arrived on time for my appointment, she took two more clients and left me at the sink for 15 minutes or more I started sneezing my pain hurt neck she was charging and another client cut her hair hair finished a dye is inconsiderate this is not professional

Mariana does a great service She did a awesome job on my highlights when I had completely black hair.

I booked with Nena for a full foil highlight. After going to 4 stylists within the past year, I finally found someone who could do what I wanted...a bright ash blonde. Nena did an impeccable job. Thanks a lot!!
