Go see Jessica Pankow.(full body massage) She was extremely kind and focused on all of my target areas. Honestly I left more relaxed than I have in almost two years. If you are planning a post partum massage or looking to gift your partner one after pregnancy I highly suggest her. Will 100% be going back and telling everyone to go!

Had 3 prenatal massages with Melissa and she’s absolutely wonderful! She’s able to work out sore muscles and provides great pressure (which can be hard to find in a massage therapist) If you want to feel better, especially in pregnancy, she’s perfect. I highly recommend her!

Nice little spa with good services list that some other places don’t offer. You can book online easily. Plenty of parking up front. Google takes you to the wrong location across the street so be careful. The interior is cozy but not comforting like a spa needs to be. Its architecture is the issue - people are lovely and welcoming. I did a red light therapy and massage with Debra. She was excellent, don’t be fooled by her feeble look. They also have a sauna - perfect pick me up for dark cold days. The little store they have also is filled with fun and useful things and gifting items.

Went to Melissa for a prenatal massage and had a great experience. Melissa was extremely accommodating throughout the massage, and was very understanding/adaptive throughout as I wasn’t able to stay very long in some positions due to how far along I am. She met me where I was at and provided a great experience despite the challenges I was having.

Jo was great. All the hot towels to help you relax, fantastic. It's a clean and calm space. No membership sales pitch before or after like happens at many other places. Will definitely go again!

The sauna experience here is wonderful. The sauna is located inside a spacious, private suite that includes a shower with toiletries, towels, a body wrap to use while in the sauna and drinking water. Outside of the sauna, there is ample space to hang up clothing, bags, etc. on hooks and a bench. The sauna itself is huge and thoughtfully built with beautiful finishes. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

I absolutely LOVE their sauna (highly recommend getting a membership as unused sessions roll over to the next month) staff is always friendly, lots of products to browse through, peaceful environment that immediately calms me. A favorite spot - the nook
