If I could give zero stars I would!!! The worst experience I’ve ever had. They are rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. Thanh at station 6 is the worst person they have in there doing nails. And she tried to argue me down about why there was nothing wrong with my nails even though one of them broke the day I got them done. Who pays $87 with a tip, to have broken nails the same day? I’ll be doing them myself! My sidewalls were still showing, the nails were thin and flimsy, and Thanh had the nerve to tell me that she did a good job. She absolutely did terrible, she had no desire to do my nails and it was my birthday. I would suggest no one goes here. But if you do decide to, DO NOT LET THE LADY AT WINDOW 6 do your nails. Her name is Thanh. She’s horrible. As a person and a nail tech.

As a stay at home mama of 5, It is rare I get out to treat myself to a manicure 💅🏼 😌 ✨️ I am grateful I chose to hit the mall and try Mira Day Spa! I know its not a crazy cool design, but this has to be the most perfect French tips I have ever gotten! 😍 I'm so in love! I will be returning! I was very satisfied with the ambiance of the salon as well as the friendliness of all the staff members ❤️ I was well taken care of and would recommend giving them a try!!!

Brought my MIL in to get basic manicures. The nail tech that served us acted like it was an issue. Poor quality. And my polish started peeling off after not even a day.

When I left the mall my pinky toe wasn’t painted.. I blew it off thinking well he may have missed it and ya know mistakes happen, my pinky is tiny. I just knew it couldn’t of flaked off because it was gel polish… but now it’s two days later and I just woke up and I’m missing another nail. I’m assuming he didn’t use the best binder or prep. It’s unfortunate because I live in Winnemucca so I can’t just drop in for a redo and I plan out my visits for my pedicures. Unfortunately I may have to go back to my old salon 😩

I went in for a pedicure and this is how I came out. The French is sloppy and my toes are severely cut up. I’m not Normally a person who leaves negative reviews but this has to be the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten

Me & my mother was just there less than a hour ago and we are NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! One: my mother & I kept saying we wanted out our nails done not our feet which they kept thiking that's what we wanted. We weren't properply welcomed in nor even went over prices until we asked. We both mentioned to both ladies we are going to a wedding this Sunday. Two: felt my nails weren't properly done, not alot was done to my nails which we did asked for the basic nail treatment. Three: my nail lady stopped in the middle of doing my nails,checking her phone and even made a phone call in front of me. Four: my nail asked who was paying for both our nails. That WAS COMPLETELY INAPPROPRIATE,NON PROFESSIONAL AND SHOUD NEVRR ASK A CLIENT THAT QUESTION. My mom & I felt like they were rushing us. Lastly because the job as done, my nail lady stood at the register as idf to make we paid and even reached into my mother wallet as she was trying to grab her card, the nail lady did toook her card and placed into the POS system. We can tell both ladies were bother with the tip we left because we felt it wasn't worthtipping more than 5 bucks for both of them. As a results for our nails, they were not dry enough and this happened when we went to try a outfit on and now look at OUR NAILS! UNACCEPTABLE!

The lady who did my nails was rude and didn't pay attention to my wants. Requested stiletto and she cut to coffin tip which meant having to cut them again to make right causing them to b too short and when filled filled uneven and all around looks awful and was told can't do art cause their are customer waiting on them do it isn't customer service but how many can we get on our chairs before close worse experience I have ever had most rude unprofessional job and over charged and tech knew wasn't happy with service but didn't care 💅 😭
