I would not return. Trekking to New Jersey for a Korean sauna is worth it as I've learned. There are two floors: the lower level is always coed and has a sauna, steam room and salt room. The upper level is women only until 5pm and has two warm/hot baths, a cold bath, steam room, and sauna. The women's changing room is tiny and the showers are lukewarm. Given the cleanliness and facilities, the price was steep. Maybe their body scrubs are good, but it's not a relaxing environment. There was a male employee hanging out with the female employees on the women's only floor when I first arrived. Later, another employee was sitting in the lounge area watching videos loudly on her phone while chomping down snacks and audibly brushing the crumbs off her hands onto the chair. I think that about sums it up.

I was here for the first time and was very surprised that in New York there is a traditional Korean spa. They have quite a large selection of services. I really liked that they have a scrub and massage in separate rooms your massage will be on another floor. A very quiet and secluded place they are also open 24/7 which is very pleasing since I work late and most spas are closed. I really liked it here recommend it

Best place ever. Extremely relaxing saunas, steam rooms and different plunges. Cannot recommend the full body scrub enough, you will feel and have the skin of a baby dolphin after.

I had a wonderful experience at Juvenex. Undoubtedly, their signature body scrub is the go-to service. My technician, Kimmie, was amazing. So kind, personable, and skilled beyond measure! The front desk/concierge services from Melinda is also worth mentioning. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. I will definitely patron again and recommend others as well! It was so relaxing and worth every penny! Extremely easy to get to from Penn Station.

I had a great massage and it’s amazing that this place is open late night…. But I was asked to remove my necklace for the massage because of the creams/ oils used. I took it off and the therapist placed it to the side. After the massage, I was so relaxed that I didn’t realize my necklace was gone. I called immediately after as well as everyday for 3 days and they kept saying it wasn’t found. It was a family heirloom and I’m so sad that I will never come back here. I shouldn’t have removed my necklace but as a business there shouldn’t be so many reviews of people’s jewelry going missing

I’ve been coming here for two years and it is such a safe haven for me. Yes, I agree that it is a bit small, but it’s very intimate, never feels overcrowded, and the staff is really wonderful. I typically come here for facials and the body scrub. Today June did my body scrub, and I felt like a brand new person when I was done with the session. She was absolutely wonderful. After my session I was served tea and pineapple. I was able to stay for a while to continue relaxing in the hot tub and took a dip in the cold pool before heading out. For the price, you really can’t beat it! I can’t recommend enough! Oh- if it’s your first time, pay with cash if you can. If you pay with a card there is a 4% cc fee. No biggie? Just a heads up. Can’t wait to visit again!

Very good experience. A spa in Manhattan, right by broadway. We took the general admission, it was nice. Bath with hot water and lemons, salt steamed rooms and so many more. You're given tea and pineapple. They bring you cold water in the sauna too. Very good service. You're pampered like a baby.
